The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition. and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks. Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks

The only thing it is old and not clean rooms , The property condition doesn’t look like five star hotel it’s look like three star hotel not more than that but the quality of the service is very high the property location is fantastic the only comment is the old of the property the age of the property and the food quality it’s just okay not more than okay

I've stayed many times at Tropitel and know many of the staff. I always receive good service from the bar and pool staff and show my appreciation with some tips which goes a long way in Egypt. So look after these guys! The Hotel location is good and has some great restaurants adjoined in Boharat and Blue Stone where the food and service is excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

HOT pools, Happy Staff, Fun events!
It has HOT HOT HOT pools! Yes! They heat the water in the pool, I think the only resort in the whole of Egypt to do so! so IT is nice to swim in the winter months! and the water slides are great for kids! It tries to be a mini CLUBMED. with yoga, crazysigns, disco, aqua aerobics and so forth. The food is amazing but if you wanted to safe money, then the food choices outside is wonderful! The beach is 3 mins walk. Check was very very very slow, it took us 70mins before we got a room! Animation Staff are great. Enthusiastic youngsters from all over the world. Will come again!

The room was old and not very clean. Toilet and shower wasn't functioning properly. The staff was asked for repairs and they were positive. Unfortunately taxis were not allowed to reach the entrance of the hotel.

The property is filthy. I booked a triple king sea view room. They gave me a double bed single room. Once I walked in the room it had a funny smell. It smell like mold. The bathroom was filthy. The shower curtain was filthy. It had mold growing on it. The tub was filthy you see the dirt. The toilet had the dirt ring around it. This room was never clean. The entire bathroom was disgusting. I did speak with the manager he offer to get the room clean. I decline because it should have been done before I arrived. They offer to give me a king bed the next day. I did not stay at the hotel at all. I left to another hotel.

not bad
the slides and the swimming pools were very nice but the room was not very clean especially the bathroom (it is a bit old). the food wasn't that good either. the wifi only available int eh reception and it was very slow and keep disconnecting

Is really very poor choice from buffet But food is oke no butter in bufft and every time to ask chief he just give you 2 mix is really shy to ask and in the beach is really nice music and santy beach but snakes is relly poor no frinsh frise is extra charg first time i see it in 5 star hotel no pototas no pizza wifi is really horrible and also extra pill man he come to you in your room before to make check out and he say for you you have to make check out now i said for hime we just change our clothes and we wll coming now in reception he say i can make check out for you now if you want Check out in the room is really funny and security ask you when you going outside with my suit case and he say are you making check out i said not yet he say so i have to call reciption to send some on to check your room is really almost horrible thing when it make you fell like thief Only few things is good like recreation and animation specialy rahma and rab and others team and main restaurant staff is helpful Only no al cart restaurant visible to AL in closive juest

Worst experience in Sharm
The worst hotel I have ever been to in Sharm. It has a good location otherwise nothing goes well. Staff are unprofessional, rooms are not clean and furniture are old, etc. But I have learned a lesson this time not to sacrifice quality and comfort for location.

Walking distance to everything to the market KFC Pizza Hut to the beach I mean everything the only things I don't like that you know when you walk in the street people ask you if you want to go diving for all you want to go to trip like to to the boat or something you don't like a lot of people ask you for for these things

Nice hotel not far from Beach not to large tho
We had a very good time ,lot of food , different menu ,clean room,you have to give tips your gone get a very good service,beach and sea extremely good thinking to come back next year , activities are expensive have to bargain you will get a better price Even When buying souvenirs ,will go again to Sharm Al Sheikh B

Every thing was amazing . This hotel is in the center of namma bey just less than one min walk to the main street which all of the resturants are there , is close to budda bar , location is fantastic and the renovated room is so good and comfortable, also , the mangaer of hotel who is mohammed darvish is so kind and help us alot to get a upgrated room . I had a good time there .
