We normally go to Jaz Dahabya, but this hotel is much better, you have bath in the shower which you don't have in Jaz, location is better and the surfing club in the hotel beach (Vetratoria) is exellent.

Akin to the country overall, disorganised and unfriendly staff, especially for the price range. Room is okay, buffet is decent. Price/quality ratio is on par with the local market, definitely below other comparably developed regions of the world like South America or South East Asia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Swiss Inn. I think it is one of the best hotels in Dahab area. A big thank you to the staff who work there, they made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. They treat their guests very well. Great food options, different buffet every night. Super access to the beach and all water activities. Awesome rooms, clean, big and have a great view. The beds are very comfortable. We were in Swiss Inn for 2 weeks and we were very sad to leave this beautiful place. We will definitely come back again.

A nice family vacation
The hotel own great private beach and a good pool. View from the room is so-so, since you can't see the pool or the sea. All staff are consistently looking for tips. Food is Ok and overall feeling is good, eventhough rooms are not clean enough.

Delicious Desserts
I stayed for 4 nights during COVID-19. The resort has a beautiful pool and a beach overlooking Dahab Lagona. I had a problem with the AC but it was fixed by changing the room to the Deluxe one. The food was very delicious specially the desserts. Dahab is a beautiful city and we spent most of the time outside the resort but I will definitely visit again to enjoy the resort facilities.

Just a perfect relaxing stay
Everything was just perfect, a professional level of service with smiley faces from all of the staff. The Hotel manager is always around checking that everything is ok. The food variety is amazing and delicious, we stayed for 5 nights with different dinner for each night. We are just speechless.., thanks for the amazing stay

The resort maybe the best in the area, comfortable and has a perfect beach, the staff are nice but they exaggerate as they gesture for getting a tip. It's not comfortable for the clients even you tip 3 or 4 workers it doesn't stop.... the lights in my room was few and so dim. Otherwise all the other things was good, even the food was better than expected.

When me and my friends were picked up from the airport, the driver of the shuttle didn't even meet us at the door. We had to call multiple times and look for him outside. We then tried calling the hotel for some information regarding our reservation but nobody picked up. We called every single number that was associated with Swiss Inn, and still no answer. We got there and asked if we can check out late when we leave. They said it would be fine since we had a later flight. We then

The hotel surroundings is nice and in good condition, however the room is in bad facilities were in bad condition- safe was not functioning, the water had orange color and smelled like rust, the furniture was old. In comparison to other hotels it was expensive we didnt get our moneys worth. Breakfast was very poor and staff was not friendly- especially the omlette maker. The friday night egyptian buffet was amazing. All in all the pool was great and also the beach. I would return but would not pay so much.

staff is very helpful i had a couple of issues with my room when i checked in and they worked their magic and changed the room for me and made every fantastic my favourite for sure is the beach bar omg its amazing relaxing calm quite everybody minding their business bar tenders are amazing and helpful food was fantastic although they need to work harder on the flies issue at the restaurant i only gave the staff and service 4 starts because the room service need to be quicker in their pace but they eventually get you what you want but it might take them half an hour or an hour if they are cleaning the rooms when you ask for something but the reception staff specially Mr Hanfy are amazing and helpful restaurant staff are always smiling and happy and everybody is always smiling and willing to help

The hotel is well maintained even though it’s old and needs renovation. Food was excellent and service was good. The AC in the room didn’t work despite multiple requests to fix it. WiFi was also an issue, only in the lobby and even there it was spotty and slow. Water in the pool was cold but I guess that depends on the season and is a matter of taste.

The room was terrible not related to a 4 star hotel, A/C noisy with damaged temperature controls, Plumbing is leaking, bed matress is not comfortable, we had the most terrible stay in a room evere. The sea view is great, very nice beach The service of the sea warcher is bad, he is always reserving the front line benches for guests who are coming late to the beach which is against hotel policy

Excellent resort on the beach.
Swiss Inn, Dahab is the nicest resort for the money you spend. Well maintained with very friendly staff. Beautiful resort located in the bay of Dahab. Could not recommend a better place!

Staff very unhelpful, we arrived at night to find a guy who didn’t even greet us, no smile, nothing. He gave us the furthest room in hotel. We had booked two rooms together, they gave us two far away rooms. When will Egyptians learn the basics of customer service, in a hôtellerie / service industry. Breakfast buffet was a joke. Nothing done well, even “foul”, Egypt’s national breakfast dish was inedible. Rooms are very uncomfy, some lightbulbs needed replacement. House keeping missed making-up our room although we had sign up, had to call several times to have our room made. Hotel beach was nice and staff there were courteous enough. Hoping for much improvement for a potentially pleasant hotel.
