Wonderful Vacation
in fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny, the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities

What a great holiday....enjoyed every moment...the resort was lovely and family friendly...the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will return for another holiday.

Not recommended hotel
Food is very bad . Rooms are very old . hotel needs full renovation . aqua park is amazing. I lost my short . it has been fall down from room balcony because of wind . I asked all hotel staff . they said they didn't find it & told me maybe another guest took it !!

All inclusive £52 for 2 nights
Hotel was good for the price. Not luxurious but good for 2 nights. I don't think I could stay as long as 7 nights as the food was ok but not great (both in quality and selection). The chips on the first night (15 mins before the restaurant closed) were stone cold and the fish was not hot either. However at breakfast the selection was better including pancakes but there was no cheese for the omelettes!! As a positive, I have to say that the staff were very welcoming particularly as we're British and they miss British guests. Mina at reception provided very good service. El Sayed was very helpful and friendly and chef Ahmed Radwan was very kind too. I happened to mention to him on the first morning that I like a particular Egyptian dessert and the same evening I found he had asked the pastry chef to make a portion each for my son and I. In the restaurant Tamer was very polite and my son took a shine to him! The aqua park was very quiet but clean and had the water been warmer my son would have spent longer in the pool. Pool towels weren't great though. Two things I think could be improved: staff should not be allowed to use mobile phones during their shift. I spotted so many of them chatting away but I guess with so few customers they felt they could and should use their time in work to their advantage! Secondly the pizzeria is a great addition to the all inclusive option but the pizza base was rather doughy and the tomato base tasted of anything other than tomato.

This must have been the poorest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room we got was dirty and moist, phone not working, very run down. we complained and received another room. phone was working but the room was still dirty and did not change over the 10 days we stayed, even though we were promised that the room attendant would clean up the room. we took a shower elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was very poor, quality as well as choice. I have never experienced BBQ indoors! smoke everywhere! live pancake cooking good but 1/2 hour for 3 pancakes? Waiter service non existing, too busy playing on the phones. Restaurant cleanliness, non existing! I would not stay again and do not recommend it either. I know times are bad in Sharm at the moment but that does not justify poor cleanliness and service.

Fantastic design but need hard work
In general the resort has a fantastic design and includes every thing you need, great views, big beautiful pools , relaxing SPA ,two dining rooms, in addition to big exciting water park. so the resort need hard work to be kept always in good shape , and we felt that the team that work in the resort are reduced, it needs more workers to keep the rooms clean ,and working hours to be full in the water park. the rooms not very clean, need more maintenance , but has a good air condition, the food is good, good snacks ,but the air condition is poor in the dining rooms , the team are friendly .the lobby is great but also need better air condition. Wi-Fi only available in the lobby sometime near the pool in front of the lobby but unfortunately has poor service.

Overall the service was great. Everyone at the hotel was always trying to make our stay pleasant and were very pleasant. Check in was fast, the rooms we booked were larger than expected. The only downfall I found is my bathtub was not cleaned, I had to request it done, which housekeeping came right away to do. The food was ok, just ok, however we found something we liked everyday. The best thing about the hotel was the waterpark. It is private to only hotel quests so there was never any lineups. The slides were not all working as the hotel was not busy, however the staff were more the accommodating and did their best to rotate e slides at different hours, or upon request to make our group happy. I really appreciated the atmosphere and service the staff provided overall. I will be back.

you have to have alot of energy
The beach was across the street and you have to take a shuttle , the beach is not nice at all , we have 2 small kids that we couldn't go to the beach because it was such a long way in a very hot weather The restaurant is so crowded all the time, especially the first 2 days of my stay The plates for the food was running out all the time and you have to wait almot everytime The glasses for the drinks have the same issue Hotel staff were the best, actually they were the best thing except for one or 2 persons who were unfriendly

Horrible
It was horrible. The hotel is very old. Most of the furniture was broken & dirty. There is no hygiene at all. Silver, Glass & Chinaware were absolutely filthy, smells & some were chipped. The swimming pools were dirty with rubbish floating around & smells like urine.

This is the third time I am writing this review and I am insisting on giving Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort 5 stars based on the great level of service including room cleanness, restaurants, pool, aqua-park, customer service, WI-FI, and the wonderful hospitality.. thanks so much to every staff member at Park Inn and I strongly recommend this hotel and will book it in my future stay in Sharm Elsheikh

Overall, very happy...
The resort is huge and generally run pretty well. The rooms could do with a facelift but are comfortable and quite large. The food was edible but nothing to get too excited about however there was the odd dish that would surprise you. The Aqua park is good for kids and keeps adults entertained too. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was being charged 50 Egyptian pounds because someone took one of our towels from the sun lounger so we ended up getting charged for it. We would probably come back again and would recommend it for the price as it was very good value for money and overall a good experience.

This Could have been my best ever holiday
My stay was amazing till the house keeper stole my phone in the room a day before my check out.he completely denied it and the police Mr Cherif said i have to say i lost it or accuse the house keeper but i dont have any prove to do so. that spoled all my holiday i was crying and depress as i lost all the contact and memories photo. Before that it was so nice everyone else was so nice and helpful from the receptionist Mr Muna, The nusery staff Ms Maha to Chef Walid and Mr Emad Ousman the waiter.I celebrated our anniversaity and my daughter birthday. i would also like to thank Mr Mohamed the front line manager for his assistance when my phone was stolen.

Plenty of pools but reception staff not the best.
I recently stayed at Parkinn with my husband & our two children. Lots of pools for the kids, great selection of food and restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. However the hotel is not in the best condition. In particular I was not happy with the hotel reception staff. They were very abrupt, dismissive and rude. I was particularly annoyed that they lacked customer service. Refusing to try dialling my transfer companies number, saying they did not want any coins to pay my bill. But in particular they refused to offer me & my family a room to use on our last day as we had a 9 hour wait. I was travelling with a 3 year old & a 7 month old baby. I was told all the room were booked and was then offered the gym showers to bathe my children in or an office to feed my baby in. After asking a few times I was offered a unclean room for an hour. My room was also not ready on time, the crib and my daughters bed were not in the room. I also had to ask for a kettle and water. I would never stay there again.

So disappointing!
I was so disappointed with this hotel, rooms are not well attended especially the toilet, pools are so dirty thought the recreation team are nice esp. Mahmoud and ayman. Some staffs are so racist. Food was not good at all, we got sick from it. We wil never go back to this hotel ever again..,

Staying at the Radisson Park inn was great and a pleasant experience. Here are some of the positives we found during our stay: All inclusive food and drink available all day, Water park within the resort is free, food has lots of varieties, fresh fruits and vegetables - Beauty Spa prices are reasonable.- Rooms are kept clean and tidy with fresh towels provided every day. - Waiting staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. - Animation team is entertaining and friendly. - Weather in early January - sunny around 25 degrees but some days with chilly wind. highly recommended for the whole family

For what I paid for 9 nights worked out to be an absolute bargain the booking was all inclusive although this didn't include ice cream so my son was a bit disappointed apart from that the buffet was fully stocked and I always managed to find something nice to eat -- apart from the beach hut food was awful but I wasn't expecting much from the beach hut tbh the beach was accessed through the sister hotel directly across the road the beach was lovely Only down side and this isnt really down to the hotel is fly's they were constantly on you if I go to Egypt again I need a good repellant overall for what I paid I cannot grumble at all There's plenty of choice on pools and loads of slides so my son was kept amused One last minor point dont expect much as far as WIFI was just about quick enough to keep up a conversation on Whatsapp that's if you could get a connection that is Staff are.friendly and your room is cleaned and made up daily the staff are plesent and have a smile

A nice hotel with great facilities.
Staying at the Radisson Park inn was a pleasant experience. Here are some of the positives we found during our stay: - Shuttle bus to the beach running all day long free of charge (across the road from he hotel) - Beach within walking distance (5-8mins) - All inclusive food and drink available all day. - Sun beds at the beach are free. - Airport is around 15min max. - Opt to take a taxi outside the hotel, cost should be around 100LE-120LE around £10. Beware using hotel taxi service etc as they will try to convince you to pay twice as much. - Waterpark within the resort is free, food available between 12 and 4pm - Beauty Spa prices are negotiable. Be prepared to haggle to get the best deals. - Rooms are kept clean and tidy with fresh towels provided every day. - Waiting staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. - Animation team is entertaining and friendly. - Weather in mid December - sunny around 25 degrees but some days with chilly wind. Negatives: - On our arrival our first allocated room was dirty but we were moved on request after providing photographic evidence - If you are used to 4-5 star room quality in the UK, this hotel should really be 3 star for room standard - Everyone asks for tips for smallest of jobs and hassles for money. Our 1st porter wouldn't leave our room until he got his tip - You will be hassled and harassed intensely by shop owners along the main st.

A few spa staff are quite annoying I.e they pester you whilst trying to relax by the pool even though you say no. Beach... well you have to cross a main road into another hotel in order to access the beach. Food is more catered for Russians which is a shame. Communication with some staff is bad... even simple requests they can't understand. They never have currency or change so you have to go to their sister hotel.

The hotel was fine and well maintained in external areas and staff were all helpful and friendly. Our stay was pleasant, however, tainted by the poor food available for AI customers. Firstly, snacks are advertised as available in certain bars, but upon searching I found this not to be the case. I was directed to a pizza bar which didn't open until 12pm. Ice cream was advertised as included, however, this was only in the sister hotel (entails getting a hotel provided lift down to the beach to their beach bar - a long way to go for ice cream). An effort was made to provide different foods each night, such as a bbq area, however, the hot food available was very limited and repetitive. Some of it, such as rice and potatoes was fine, but some of the meat dishes looked awful. There were plenty of salads but I was put off these by the flies, the poor quality (looked dry) and the concern of getting ill from it. I would say breakfast was the worst meal, unless you're happy to eat bucket loads of bread and cake. The hot food was not good and the only saving grace was the fresh omelettes available. The 'hot' food was cold. A microwave was available, which I used to nuke every meal towards the end of the week after getting a dodgy tummy. Dodgy tummys were common from what I heard round the pool and one morning a little boy was sick outside the restaurant and clearly looked very unwell. Sorry to say I will not be returning to this hotel.

Pleasant,but not spectacular
Stayed for 5 nights in a family room in Oct 2014. The hotel is very friendly,with the staff extremely willing to help. We ate mostly in the British restaurant upstairs,which was quiet and calm compared to the busier restaurants downstairs. We made the mistake of eating there for dinner once... The room was serviced every day. The downside was that there were dirt marks on the en-suite bath that were never fully removed,as well as what looked liked nail varnish throughout the room. The upside was that the towels were changed everyday and the bed was large and comfy. A few other things to note. The shuttle bus to Naama Bay is not free,which I think is poor considering there is very little to do in Nabq Bay. Taxis are available,but will charge tourist rates. Spa treatments were awesome and really relaxing,yet parts of it were really tatty and could use a thorough clean and modernising. Exactly the same for the main pool in the resort.

Nice hotel close to shops & bars
We have stopped at this hotel 5 times as the kids love it as it has a water park , the staff are great, the rooms could do with a freshen up , the food is a very big disappointment , the alcohol is local stuff which they all taste the same . This hotel could do with getting some mod cons as it's looking a bit dated You only get wi-fi in the main reception where it is very busy so sometimes you can not get on the internet This hotel is more a 3 star and not 4 star the write ups are overrated but if they spend a little money it could be a great hotel

Some good features but terrible restaurant!
Hotel has good facilities and generally all in good condition (a little tired in places) but let down by a truly terrible restaurant and poorly trained/unhelpful waiting staff. On an all inclusive, this really becomes a problem and meant we couldn't enjoy our family holiday.

good family hotel
the website dosen't explain very well that the beach resort is actually across the main road in another radisson complex but there is a shuttle bus to take you there No ice creams except to buy for children Overall its a great child freindly place, food good quality, service ok if you give some tips to the staff but they dont expect much sharm is great to visit, weather wonderful, gets busy at Easter with locals but the excursions and trips are great

The hotel was ok. The food was less than ok, but not terrible. The drinks were all served in tiny cups and were all watered down. The pools were cold so most people just sat in the sun rather than getting in, but if you were active like in the wave pool or on the water slides it was ok ... just sad that no one ever got in the lazy river because it was too cold. The worst part was that the whole time you are lying by the pool you are being solicited by spa and tour people trying to get you to buy from them, CONSTANTLY. We gave in. I went on a dive tour which was terrible. My wife got a mani-pedi which was just a terrible pedicure that took like two hours and then she finally just left angry without the manicure AND AND AND they say there is WiFi, but what they mean is there is really slow WiFi in the lobby so everyone just congregates there on the couches to use the WiFi.

Overall we had a good time, but first impressions were that the hotel had seen better days, which whilst true (it certainly needs a refit/facelift) actually didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The buffet food is adequate - just take your time to find a cup that isnt chipped (good luck!) The pools and water park are good, although the pools aren't heated which upset some people, but will get hotter as the year goes on. Plenty of sun beds available, drinks available at several bars and friendly staff are add up to good value for what you pay to stay there.

Worst Resort EVER
Although the Park Inn had a somewhat friendly staff the stay there was horrible. The food was disgusting. I only spent a week there and they were serving beef kafta 5 times out of those 7 days. Of course it was a buffet, but again same things every day. Our room was a bit dated, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that we had dirty sheets that had been slept on, on our beds, dirty glasses, and there was food from the previous guest on the floor. The pizza bar was quite popular with my kids, but I wish they had more of a selection. The second day I was there I went to the spa and that was the worst massage I've ever had. After I checked in they took me to the locker room (which is shared by men and women), and then took me to a room with a window in it. I've gone to a masseuse on a regular basis and I never went into a room that had a window in it, and yes everyone can look in. Not very private or relaxing. The masseuse was not very good and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never return to this hotel, not worth it.

we had a horrible time. i couldn't wait to get back. went there for a 4 day break for my husbands birthday. The pools were nice, walking around the pools area and resort was nice.however in the four days we were there we never say any life guards there by the pool. justg sdaw a sign up saying no life guards at this time. Rooms were horrible. took ages for the water to warm up in the bath, water pressure was low. being in the rooms did not feel clean at any time, even after the room was cleared. food was the same nearly everyday. all inclusive was not worth it as non alcoholic drinkers got the option of fizzy drinks and diluted drinks. fresh orange juice was charged at 2 Egyptian pounds. charged to use sauna in a 5* all inclusive resort. spa was horrible, it did not feel clean at all. my husband & i had a massage & the worker started playing relaxing music from his iphone till my husband moaned & said your meant to be 5* resort & you want to play music from your iphone. i found a spider on my towel while i came out the shower in the spa. to get food during the day for all inclusive was really difficult. we had to go all the way to the other side of the resort to grab some snacks during the day. if anyone want to go nama bay best time to go is evening. day time it is really quite. RADDISON BLU RESORT IS MUCH BETTER. it is across the road opposite park inn by raddision.

Brill Hotel the rooms just need updating but very cosy and very clean, all the staff were very friendly. The food was very nice. Pools were cold but then again I am nesh, slides were great, the Rea Sea across the road was warmer. I would definitely go back.

A really good stay.
I`ve stayed at a number of hotels in Egypt this last few years, similar style, similar star rating, but would rate this the best. The 2 things that stood out were the cleanliness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I spoke to someone who has stayed there for a number of years and reckons it`s at its best now. He says it`s the present manager who has really pulled it together. So you can really forget reviews dating back before this year (2013). Food is a bit monotonous but it`s difficult when they`re catering for so many of so many different nationalities. Overall, I was really pleased and would consider it very good for either a family (since it has its own water parks) or anyone else as there`s nice pools, very close to the sea, and, as said, a very cheery, friendly staff.

Rooms and WiFi very poor, Aquapark good!
Rooms desperately need updating, we booked standard rooms and were very dirty, old, and dark! So we had to pay extra to have our room upgraded which at most was still only 3 star standard. Aquapark was good with lots of pools and slides. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet was virtually non-existent as you could hardly ever connect if your lucky and that is only available at the lobby. Food was good although can become repetitive after a few days!
