“great but far from Naama Bay road”

Good stay for the money although its a bit far from the main road in Naama Bay. The service was fantastic. Cons are that breakfast is from 630am till 10am only which isn't too bad and the walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The beach is good yet the sand is gravellish.

“Not impressed”

-Hotel security did not allow me to have my relatives over for a coffee, they were very rude. They said I must purchase a "double room" to be able to have visitors over. - very bad room service, they dont answer the phone most of the time. - smell of sewage in room.

“nice hotel poor service”

the hotel was very relaxing with beautiful modern design but service was very poor and very rude stuff. i booked a superior family suite which i thought was a 1 bedroom suite but we had to uprade to presidential suite cuz it was the only one with a seperate bedroom, and the difference was pretty big in the price.

“I was very happy with the service”

The food was good but much more expensive than going outside. The service was excellent. The rooms were very big and clean.

The local merchants were very aggressive with the tourists and you have to barter for everything.

“plesae rate this hotel as a one star or less”

the bed sheet was dairty as you sleep on trash , yeh this is right the service was bad every thing was bad but i was to busy to change the hotel. no recomendation for this hotel P.S. i'm a regular to 5 star hotels , belive me this is a no star hotel
