“Overall, great hotel but...”

Stayed for 10 nights at Jaz Mirabel Club, great deal for an all inclusive. However the snack bar shouldn't close until the bar closes and bar should stay open later for an all inclusive. Food should always be available, especially because we did day tours to Luxor and Cairo and got back too late (like 11PM) and missed dinner. I should never have to pay for a drink with an all inclusive (if you wanted a drink after a certain hour you had to pay). The plumbing in our room wasn't the best, the water would turn yellow if you took a shower longer than 15 minutes and no bathtub, just stand up shower. Friendly but aggressive sales staff on the resort property...I shouldn't be hassled to spend money in a spa, salon, diving, tours, etc on a resort while I'm reading my book by the pool side. You get enough of that on the beach which is acceptable behaviour there. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and there was always plenty of food with a lot of variety. The hotel was right near the beach and little shops were on the resort and nearby off the resort too. There was always lots to do!

Very nice hotel. Check in staff were very helpfull Food was always hot and tasty and catered for a wide range of tastes. Facilities were modern clean and very impresive. Not to far from airport. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Pool and bar staff were very attentive.

The service was second to none - the staff were always polite & friendly at all times and nothing was too much effort. There is something for everyone - you can rest or explore, be with other people or be on your own. The hotel was excellent, our room was kept immaculately clean by the cleaning staff and overall the food was good - lots of choice and as a none meat eater I had some great choices. The only downsides were the few local shops outside of the complex and the trip to Naama Bay - constant hassle (which for me was too much but my partner didn’t mind too much) but we found that the ones on the complex were a much better option - you could look around without being pounced on as soon as you went through the door. You can haggle but there was no aggression if you didn't want to go into the shop or buy. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be returning.

My husband and i went to egypt on 17th June 09.as our flight had got into sharm very late at night we had not expected to catch dinner. However once we got to the club we were told that as our flight had missed dinner we were entitled to a free late dinner at the club's italian restaurant. we had originally booked a superior double room however when we got into our room it was a twin, having spoken to the manager the next morning he had agreed to upgrade us into a family room the following day, which my husband and i were both very pleased with.... We were primarily debating on whether to stay at the Mirabel Club or Park, however when we got to the hotel, we soon realised that all 3 hotels were situated on the same site and was a bit like a maze...you walk away from the club hotel into the gardens and find yourself at the morabel park hotel and also the beach! which was perfect as we got to use all the facilities of all three hotels and were also allowed to eat at to the the beach hotel's snack bars... the club hotel has 2 big swimming pools, and one kids pool, however combine all the hotels together you actually have a choice of 8 swimming pools. if your going all invlusive dont forget to use the steam room and jacuzzi at the health spa
