“Dont go there !!!! If you are not italian”

In brief, dont go there if you are not Italian. Every thing is in Italian. the staff there considers trhem as the main source of income and they dont give interest to others. Food is really bad Low facilities Italians pay only 25 euros through there agencies while you will be charged far more Hotel offers no shuttles while all other hotels in Sharm does. epecially for Namaa bay No coral reef or interesting snorkling On the other side, View is great, animation team is cool but also in Italian.

“Jaz Belvedere 5 Stars Really?????”

VERY Italian themed resort. More so than I expected after reading the reviews. English speakers were border lined shunned or put off. The hotel and staff seem to cater towards Italians and are happy if that is the only nationality that attends. Room was cleaned although I called the front desk three times to get the A/C working after check in. It was only after I walked to the front desk did my issue receive attention. All inclusive in Egypt is not the same as other parts of the world. Disco at the hotel is only open from midnight until 2am a couple nights a week and includes entrance only. No drinks in the package. Food was decent for the four days I was there. No shuttle to or from the airport (5 Stars..Really?) Only one Bar Tender at the bar at a time and the cups of beer are about 10oz. Not impressed at all. Glad it was only four days. All shows and themes were in Italian as previously stated. Some staff spoke poor broken English at best!

“Still an excellent hotel”

This was our second visit to the hotel. we went 2 years ago and again we had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and well looked after. The food was superb, with plenty of choice. Not just italian as said in some of the other reviews. There was something for everybody. Yes, the animation is Italian and they do ignore you if you're not italian, but that is no reason to complain. We just did our own thing , and having been there 2 years ago knew exactly what it was like. This time round we used the spa and had some massages. Very relaxing and enjoyable and they did point out my husbands bad back and helped that out. The saunas were not as small as suggested in another review. We have used smaller ones. We liked our first visit so much that we came back and again we not disappointed and no doubt we shall be back again. Lovely hotel, Lovely staff, good food and drinks and a lovely setting

hotel is not a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel and not as good as their companies other hotels. hotel is catered to Italian tourists. If the staff knows you are not Italian they are rude and don't give you the time of day. The food was average. Hotel has a lot of steps not suitable for the elderly.

“Crowded & noisy”

Was the first vacation ever that we wanted to end as soon as we arrived there. Loud music playing all day long at the pool area, overcrowded restaurant, inconvenient lunch and dinner hours and worse then average food are just few things that we hated. Not a good place for someone looking quiet and peaceful vacation at the beach.

“Good quality hotel”

The hotel is nice, good quality food, good location. Very good service,staff are friendly. Facilities are very good. We did not like the hotel approch in selling their message service and coctail at the beach and swimming pool. The hotel should provide botteled drinking water in the rooms for free and not charging 1.2 pounds for half letter of water. The taxi service provided by the hotel is too expensive compared to the local prices. Signs and local activities are all in Italians.

“Nice, clean, but caters to Italians”

The food was good, but the seafood restaurant served the same thing every night. Pizza was delicious. Very clean rooms, beach and facilities. Majority of guests were Europeans, esp. Italians- so all the daily activites/ shows/ music were in Italian. As we only spoke English, we didn't understand anything during the nightly shows or daily exercise routines. We were a bit pur off by this.

Obwohl das Hotel gute Qualitaet und sehr hilfreiche Mitarbeiter hat, ist es total orientiert auf Italiener. So, fuer die Kinder gibt es keine Moechlichkeit in den Kidsclub zu gehen, weil es nur ein Italienisches animationsteam gibt, die auch noch sehr slechts Englisch sprechen.
