The hotel is old but the bed are nice and clean but washroom and water are not. Food are good too. We still enjoy our stay because all the staff are friendly and nice.

I enjoyed my stay at that hotel so much. The location was great just 20 minutes drive from airport (~£10 each way or 300 Egyptian pound). The staff and service were excellent and the option of all inclusive was great value for money and included free breakfast, lunch, snakes, dinner and alcoholic and none drinks (~35-40/day for 2 persons). The food was great with a lot of options and varieties. The hotel offered free beach and towels. The beach was few minutes walk. There was was outdoor pool and spa facilities. Highly recommended.

Excellent employees, Perfect location.
Excellent customer service. Employees were super nice and very hard working. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and choices. They are not planning to expand and remodel the hotel with completely new segments with new rooms and a swimming pool.

Sharm revisited
I checked into this hotel as planned and was happy with that. The room was not as good as I had previously in 2017. However, as this Hotel is so near the action/attractions of Naama Bay, I was happy and the staff are brilliant. After the hiccup of not having a basic necessity like toilet rolls, and no hot water, I enjoyed my stay. But if it's luxury you want, then don't stay here. I found the ACE animation team very friendly The consensus of opinion is that the Naama Blue Star is better than the Falcon.

Very bad hotel. Not reach one star
Very much dirty. Not clean. Every thing bad. Soon as we arrived to the hotel we couldn't stay for more than 15 mints. That hotel impossible to reach 1 star not three. We cancelled the reservation at the time and booked another hotel. We did lost our money as non refundable but we couldn't believe we can spend our holiday in this hotel

Busboy wanted to fight with me and staff are very rude that the manager had to apologize to me. No visoters are allowed in the hotel or near your room. Security are following certain forgeiners cause they are acting as religion police. Staff very rude.

We liked the hotel very much. There are a lot of options in Sharm and we picked this one because the price was great, and we didn't get disappointed. Most of the staff members are very helpful, some are more efficient than others, but at the end, the job gets done. We had a couple of problems with the room, but they were fixed promptly and effectively. We stayed 3 nights with half board, but at the end we were thinking we should've bought the all-inclusive option. You can also buy the lunch separately and the price is very affordable compared to other restaurants in Sharm. We thought the food at the restaurant was great. I bought the VIP massage for my wife and she didn't find it great compared to other massages she's had before, but the price was good. (I thought it was kinda expensive for Egypt) The hotel has a tour office and the prices are competitive, but we bought most of our tours from another tour office nearby. Hotel is in a quiet section of Naama Bay, but it's only short walk from the restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were actually able to get some rest in this hotel because of this... no mosques around, no bars around, and they turn off the pool music around 10pm, so that was great. If we ever have the chance to go back to Sharm (there are a few things we didn't do because of time), we would definitely consider this hotel again. Great price, great food, good rooms.

Room was dirty..sheets had hair and stains.. food was disgusting.. manager could care less.. Left after first night.. booked for 3 days no refund ..apology or even cared why we were leaving... still charged me for the coffee and bread we ate. shower broken ...tv from 1975...we brought giant towels with us and covered bed to sleep on ...its a kilometer from bsach... but for double the price you can stay at a 4 star hotel on the beach. ..with nice beds clean rooms ..polite friendly staff ...price not worth the lack of hospitality or dirty rooms ...I was there only one day but could go on and on what a disaster this place was... every time I left hotel some guy asked me" where you go??"... as if i was a prisoner and we also had to wear their plastic bracelets? said all hotels did this.. well not at the Marriott.. they didn't make me wear one. Never listen to someone when they say "it's cheap hotel but really good" now I book only one day at unknown hotels so when I go on vacation in case I don't like hotel I won't lose the other booked days..

We had Booked from Hotels.com (All Inclusive) but when i reached at the hotel, I was shocked that it was booked for bread & breakfast only, Then I called Hotels.com and findout Mistake was from Hotels.com & they asked me for a refund, Now how can any1 accept a refund?? drove 8hrs by car for a refund?!! it took me 4hrs to solve this problem via Hotels.com Call Center, This review is for Hotels.com not for the hotel it self ! Hotel was nice compare what you paying for

I thought overall the hotel was okay. I was upset when I paid £15 for wifi that only worked in the reception. I also had a serious incident with a hotel staff who got fired for touching me and asking for intercourse when I was in my room on my own. I was very disappointed and will never be returning to the falcon namma star hotel

This is the third time I have stayed here. The staff are great and the hotel is well placed for a quite-ish night and close enough to everything Naama bay offers without the need for taxis etc. The communal areas are well kept and staffed and the pool area is good. The hotel has a bit more wear and tear than last year and the rooms could do with a good décor refresh. We were promised an upgrade as returing customers but this didn't happen. My diving buddy and I shared a twin room which was basic. The AirCon didn't work below 26DegC and the staff were unable to fix it. The safe was pre locked by the previous occupant and the staff were able to open it with a screw drive in about a minute (Needless to say we didn't use the safe as the suitcase padlocks were stronger. For two days I didn't have a quilt cover despite daily room service. Room was not cleaned that well as coffee cups and some food crumbs were always left behind. It became a betting game to see when they would be brushed up.

Good value for money but not clean
Pros: - The location of the hotel is awesome. - Good value for money being a 3 stars hotel. - Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - Very bad and poor quality of food and not fresh or tasty at all. The dinner seemed like it was microwaved or just heated. I ignored the dinner at the hotel and bought food from Naama Bay restaurants during my stay. - The bathroom was very smelly even after the room service guy cleans the room. Advice to who are willing to stay at this hotel: Don't book the room with dinner or lunch.

4 star location right on tip of nama bay .. 5 mins walk to shopping , casino , cafe , nightclubs , bars , restaurants. Beautifully located -- Will stay again .. 10 mins from airport .. 100 EP airpot to hotel and 40 EP from hotel to airport .. Good place to stay for a few nights

The overall staff was friendly. They are very strict when it comes to customer satisfaction....meaning this does not mean anything to them. They will not give you anything whether you are right or wrong. My reservation said breakfast through the booking site but the hotel said it was an error and instead of honoring the reservation it was take the room with no breakfast or leave. We left. We had stay 10 prior to this and they cheated us during the first reservation. We extended, but only could do this online.

The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they just weren't overly helpful, either. Location was OK, but the hotel was crawling with young children up at all hours of the night screaming and running down the halls (I understand that this isn't the hotel's fault). The room was overall clean, though it never really smelled clean. The internet is an absolute joke. It doesn't work in the room, and it sporadically works in the lobby...so I had to conduct business while sitting in the lobby full of loud kids and their smoking parents. For the price, I couldn't be too picky, but I'd rather spend 10 extra dollars a night and stay closer to the beach and have a slightly nicer hotel.

The staff were totally amazing!!!!
Loved every minute! So much so that I extended my stay from 10 to 16 days. The hotel Manager (Khaled Mahdy) was a lovely man who wanted everyone to be happy and went out of his way to ensure that they were. The staff were very friendly and always helped if you had any problems. There is not one bad thing I have to say about this hotel!! Not one!! I travelled alone but all the guests I met took me under their wing and for that I am very grateful. I have met some amazing people and I will never forget this trip. Thank you to all the staff at Falcon Naama Star, particularly Ahmed, the restaurant staff and the Manager. I will see you all very soon, W :-) x

This hotel has a small pool. The room I got does not have a window to outside (only a window on corridor next to the door). There are other better rooms in the hotel. The room had a bad smell. The pool is small. Sunbeds are made from plastic and so are the chairs next to the pool. Pool bar was closed in the morning. The restaurant is clean. You get access to Viva beach (small and sandy), and if you have all-inclusive you will NOT get anything for free in the beach. Shores Golden is much better in everything (much much bigger beach, better pools, ...) except for the main restaurant which is cleaner. Not a good value for money. Guests are mainly from England, Eastern Europe and Egypt.

Hello, I booked in falcon star hotel and I never been to Sharm elsheikh Egypt 5 years ago and I was a bit concerned about my trip specially after what we see daily on the news and I wasn't sure about the service at the hotel since it's not a 5 stars hotel. The service I received with my dad at the hotel was amazing and incomparable, you can say 5 stars hotel, each staff member from each department made us feel welcomed at all times. The general manager is a type of guy who never sits in his office and it looks like he's hands on training. Montasser-Mohd from the front desk were amazing and very friendly and professional. Haitham from HK was so nice and so clean. Ahmed from the bar in food and beverage was so nice. All Bellman were so nice and helpful. Finally, very helpful, accommodating staff & professional. Great property, very clean and the staff non stop cleaning , also the hotel has a very convenient location. Egypt is a very safe place now and I highly recommend this hotel to any one & the best thing about this hotel , great for families, honeymooners, couples, kids, old people and people with special needs. Thanks

Uncomfortable Stay
Upon checking in, the receptionist (his name is Mohamed) informed me that he couldnot check me in before 2pm although it is written on the site check in 12pm. I showed him my booking confirmation and he replied that Hotels.com does not concern him and there is no obligation to stick to what is written on the site. He was rude in his argument with me and seemed careless and he even said he would cancel his contract with Expedia making me feel that booking through internet sites is very much degrading, and they care less for this type of booking. The room was ok except for bathroom: water from shower overflows to everywhere on the floor and water was dripping from one water stopcock all the time. They opened the door when my wife was sleeping alone just to ask how many persons are in the room!!. I had to check out at 9 pm and go somewhere else. I will never return to this hotel

Great hotel if you are a diver
Booked to use just for somewhere to sleep whilst on diving break. Perfect for somewhere to sleep after a day on a boat. Easy walking distance from Naama Bay to the dock to catch day boats. Priced paid was a bargain and included basic breakfast from 7.00 am. Towels provided and plenty of sunbeds around the pool if you have time to relax.

A good hotel in a great location. The breakfast in the mornings was fantastic. However there are problems with the water and we were having cold showers everday. This is the only reason we wouldnt go back to this hotel.

Great Place, Great Location, 5 minutes walk to NAAMA BAY CENTRE.. everything very close by, night life, restaurants, shopping, you name it. Hotel itself is a 3/3.5 facility with good room, safety box. I wish they had free internet and toiletries. Take your own. Overall I will definitely recommend as single or family accommodation. Nice and clean.
