The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Staff were very friendly. Our 1st full day our housekeeper made a point to introduce himself and asked if we needed anything. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Hotel has an amazing private coral reef. Hotel offers scuba diving, snorkeling, and private tours for all the nearby attractions. They made it very easy to book a hike up to Mt Sinai. Excellent buffet. Amazing spa. Highly recommend!

This hotel had a serious problem with food. The best description of the type of meals was by a friend: Hospital food. Sadly the open buffet was a 3 star category in a supposedly 5 star hotel, very low quality. The hotel is very well located and clean though, with great corals and view of Sharks bay.

Poor. Below average Staff had little attitude. Room and beds were uncomfortable and noisy from the swimming pool. Some food items were good but the pasta was bad. Not cooked all the way. Overall a below average experience.

From worse to worst!
Starting from the very long entrance that you need to keep walking because they never call a golf cart for you. To the fully crowded lobby because only internet works there and it's not reliable and slow. The infinity pool is just a view and it's so cold no one use it. The indoor pool is only free for one hour and then you have to pay!!! Ugly restaurant with limited options and cold food. The other 2 good restaurants also you need to pay extra charge to eat well. The transportation is only to the center and also you have to pay. From misleading advertising to unprofessional hotel staff and some of them are even rude, you're absolutely wasting almost a 200$ per night just to kepp paying more and at the end it's not the best vacation hotel and value for money is zero. In breif I'd never recommend it and I'd never go back there again.

I would suggest to have a Menu more oriented to Mediterranean food. The menu that we have was very similar all of the days. You shouldn't charge for natural juices. Te game room is very small for the amount of kids

Amazing rooms and amenities. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Sea view rooms are spectacular. Worth every penny. WiFi is only available at the pool and lobby. Fatima at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful and nice. Well looked after and excellent amenities very close to the beach. Hard working staff and friendly. Food was good but the dishes were not hot enough to keep the food hot. That's the only thing I wasn't happy with.

Unfortunately it was ok overall,but when leaving the hotel,one of the staff called the security in the entrance and claimed that we have an unpaid bill that worth 1000 pound(they were trying to steal us) I wish you can invistga the issue with top manegment.

Hey Solo Traveller, read the 5 stars fine prints..
I made a paid reservation 2 months ahead of my arrival but when I came to check-in on April 22nd. I was told they are going to find a room. I request a room with garden (not sea) view but they gave a room by the grass, then when I told them that the fridge was not working, it took them 4 hours to send someone to check it & replaced it. As for the HAlf-Board, the guest can drink juice/coffee/tea/water only in the breakfast buffet but in dinner time the guest has to pay for these 4 items. How low will the so-called 5 stars resort will go. That is shameful, the resort is located by the Red Sea. As for the relations between all levels of employees, it was very noticeable that it was very bad and the lower level of employees were dragging their feet working just to keep their jobs. Treating an Egyptian Solo Traveler was really bad during the chech-in time. I will not go back again to this so-called 5 stars resort and I told family & friends about everything I experienced at this resort.

If you like Russians, you will love this place
Our beginning wasn't so great, although we had arranged for the free airport shuttle to pick us, there was no one waiting there for us. It only got sorted out and hour later after four calls to the hotel. Things improved however after we arrived. Our check in was smooth and pleasant and we appreciated the early check in- 9am. Natalia from guest relations was very helpful. Our room was good. It could have been cleaner. We also liked the fact that they changed the bedding everyday. they did not always replace toiletries however. Almost all the guests there were Russian and the stuff spoke more Russian than English. The cuisine was also more inclined to Russian/Ukrainian food. Just be mindful. if you are on half or full board, make sure you understand the drinks policy. We had to pay for all our drinks. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the coral beach. For us, the best thing about our stay was the courtesy and friendliness of the hotel staff.

hotel great, security is bad
the hotel was good, food is nice and animation show was very nice. however I was unhappy with the Security team when I claimed that my tracksuit was stolen when I left it on a chair outside my room with the swimming suit, when I wake up in the morning the tracksuit was gone and only the swimming suit was there. the security team came in and searched all my luggage and search outside the room and found nothing (which is something I already did before submit my claim to them), no security camera and they blamed other customer to steal my tracksuit. I didn't care about the tracksuit but was worried because it is unsecure even in a 5-star hotel.

Short But A Very Suite Stay
This was only a short weekend stay, but it accomplished everything that I wanted. The hotel is truly a 5-star and had all of the attributes that is intended to spoil the tenant. This stay overlooked the beautiful ocean and the room was very quiet.

Nice hotel close to the beach
concorde was a fun experience. The staff are very nice the waiters can be a little clingy and don't leave you alone. The reception management is amazing they really took care of all of our needs. The food is not that good at all. They offer a buffet but out of the main course meals there's nothing that is tasteful. my friend and I went to soho restaurants to eat almost daily which wasn't fun as we paid for dinner and breakfast. I would probably come here again with my whole family however Concorde needs to improve their main course meals!

It was just seven days in the paradise
The hotel is fantastic and has many leisure facilities. Many swimming pools, the hotel is giving free shuttle bus from and to airport. The hotel staff are very co-operative and doing their best efforts to make the stay of guests full of happiness. The food is fantastic and versatile. The hotel has a very nice beach and their is coral reef no one can imagine how much it's beautiful and nice especially with coloured fish. So many programs for swimming, snorkling and diving.

My 7th stay at this hotel.
This was my tenth time in Sharm and the seventh at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and make you welcome. It is in a quiet area of Sharm, near Soho Square where you can go for a walk and have a drink or visit the shops. The food is fine and the entertainment is also very good. It is also a very good hotel for couples, families or on your own.

5 stars hotel without handicapped room access
The Hotel situation & position is great related to Sharm El Sheikh, first I asked for handicapped room access, so first answered from their front desk mgr, we are not a handicapped hotels??!! I was wonder how is to be 5 Stars hotel & you do not have any handicapped , I saw many many hotels all over the world, never heard that before, The food, staff is great, but you needs to tip as you go to get your staff,

Good hotel to relax. Very near to soho square.
I booked this trip for my family, we booked 2 suites and 1 room. The only downside was, it was a feast vacation and the hotel was almost fully booked. Hotel rooms are good with spacious space and also confortable. The hotel itself has a large landscape, where you won't feel it's too crowded, with a number of pools. My review is against the staff, they are always trying to apologize only after u complain... for example 1) we had all rooms ready before checkin time which is good. Except the remaining suite we checked in later around 3 pm after checkin time with one hour. And they were saying it will be ready in 5 minutes for 3 hours. 2) room service lacks floor towels and body lotions, and when we called them... sorry we dont have enough to cover all guests... because the hotel is crowded !!! 3) the politness of the staff and the golf car team.... my mother in law is a cardiac patient. And travelling in the heat is a straineous activity for her. So she almost require a golf car for transportation from room to pool or reception. Some staff were polite, others just not!! 4) Food varieties weren't enough To sum up the hotel was very good but avoid in crowded season. They just can't withstand to be fully booked and i am sorry to say that, because this hotel got the potential.
