The hotel's location is superb, especially if you enjoy swimming (25m pool, water temperature OK in early November), wind-surfing, or diving (Sinai divers - very safe and reasonable charges, are on site).
It is a shame that the Hilton franchise is ending at the end of December 2013. The hotel (owned by MisterHotels of Egypt) doesn't meet Hilton international standards for 5* but is more than good enough for me.
The value for the price we paid was outstanding.
Stayed for a week at the Savoy Sharm in a Garden View Suite. The Hotel was first class. The room was excellent, the hotel facilities and in particular the staff were of the highest standard.
Our only criticism was that some of the food and drink in the hotel's many restaurant was a little expensive and was less consistently excellent than other elements of the hotel. Exceptions to this were the burgers, which were very good and the food at the Seafood restaurant by the beach, which was suburb.
I could not recommend this place high enough for those wanting a high quality, relaxing beach hotel.

One thing I was scared of going to Egypt for safety, but the security at the hotel was amazing. I felt like I was in a safe and secure environment. The cleaners were really good and we had our room cleaned and decorated every single day. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had with a variety of continental dish to chose from and a great service. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel to the maximum and I will definitely be coming back with more family members.

Fantastic experience from pick up and drop off at airport . Service is truly exceptional without being over-bearing.
Great food choices, spa excellent too.
Couldn't possibly go anywhere else in sharm now. Enjoy!!!
Good staff, not always expecting tips. Its just the activity guys that hound you to buy excursions from them which becomes annoying. Also don't trust the camel guys which tend to wait outside the resort for you.
