Excellent customer service, felt like royalty. Good restaurant withinh hotel and in soho square.
Two complaints- drains in bathroom smelt a bit and fruit options at breakfast were very limited, not the exotic choices I expected.
Wonderful hotel and staff. The entertainment staff - Vee, Giorgio and Giocomo to name a few were excellent with clients doing the daily activities at poolside or on the beach . Stretching , darts, water polo , water aerobics and the belly dancing classes were great fun.
The food was great in the international Buffett restaurant. We also went twice to the spice Indian restaurant and Casa Mia Italian restaurant excellent choice of food - a 4 course served in Casa Mia.
The evening shows were great entertainment with different shows each night.
A new pool opened for adults with a jacuzzi and gazebo sitting areas, swim up pool bar two days before our return so used the facilities.
The spa was wonderful with great treatments of scrubs and massages.

This is our 4th visit to the hotel. The staff are great and growing in awareness and attention to detail around diet restrictions - they managed to work around a gluten free diet very well this time. In general the staff are extremely professional and genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel itself is in lovely condition and the grounds are very impressive.
The issue that we had with this visit was putting us in an apartment adjacent to several that were going through major refurbishment. I realize that ongoing maintenance needs to happen to keep the hotel up to the high standard that they have set, but having builders, the smell of paint, and vehicles/workers coming and going from early morning until evening was not great. The hotel was probably no more than 25% occupied so I really don't understand why they could not plan the apartments used for guests to be away from these disturbances?
This unfortunate circumstance would not put me off booking again at the hotel; I just hope that their management is monitoring this kind of feedback and take steps to improve their approach to planning.
Everyone was helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The atmosphere in the restaurants and around the pool and beach was one of friendliness and comfort.
There are seven hotels in the complex of which the Prestige is the best. There was space for everyone around the pools and the beaches: no us dignified scramble for sun beds.
This is a top class hotel with no stuffiness.
The sea view room we occupied was very big, had a comfortable balcony with a proper view of the sea ( no standing on tiptoe and peering round a corner to glimpse the sea.)
This holiday was fantastic value for money.
I booked this trip for my family, we booked 2 suites and 1 room.
The only downside was, it was a feast vacation and the hotel was almost fully booked.
Hotel rooms are good with spacious space and also confortable.
The hotel itself has a large landscape, where you won't feel it's too crowded, with a number of pools.
My review is against the staff, they are always trying to apologize only after u complain...
1) we had all rooms ready before checkin time which is good. Except the remaining suite we checked in later around 3 pm after checkin time with one hour. And they were saying it will be ready in 5 minutes for 3 hours.
2) room service lacks floor towels and body lotions, and when we called them... sorry we dont have enough to cover all guests... because the hotel is crowded !!!
3) the politness of the staff and the golf car team.... my mother in law is a cardiac patient. And travelling in the heat is a straineous activity for her. So she almost require a golf car for transportation from room to pool or reception.
Some staff were polite, others just not!!
4) Food varieties weren't enough
To sum up
the hotel was very good but avoid in crowded season. They just can't withstand to be fully booked and i am sorry to say that, because this hotel got the potential.

Nice hotel but the rooms for the Savoy need updating! On the vidio it all looks wonderful but the room I was in was a shock as I expected much better. I told the staff I could not stay in the first room; I had booked a garden view, but the view was of a rooftop, my second offering was good. The cheaper rooms have old fashioned wooden decor, no separate showers! I found the bed too hard and the pillows not good. The bedding and towels are good.
The food options are very complicated, BB, HB AI,then you have to decided if you are paying for AI, do you want the E Class, which would mean economy, or S class. This again causes complications! I chose the E class as I was on my own and would not be using the facilities of things available inside the hotel, and in Soho Square. I did not realise you can not eat or drink where you want and when you might want. An example of this is the fish restaurant at the beach front is not available at lunchtime on E Class, and 2 of the main bars are not available after 5pm. You can use these places but would have to pay full price on top of your AI. An example would be £7.50 for a cocktail, and £25-£30 for a meal without a drink. They need more "no meat" options
The swimming pools are lovely and pool towels are available with your towel card, and also at the beach. Sun loungers comfortuble and can be in the shade. It can be relaxing at the pool as no loud music. Also there was a swim up bar in one pool.

We Returned to this hotel as we loved it so much last time 2 years ago. It has slightly gone down hill since then on the food front and some areas of the pool that have been damaged and not fixed. To their credit they did start fixing some areas when we were there and cordoned off the Jacuzzi Area
Rooms are Huge & clean. House keeping is fantastic and ALWAYS given clean towels.
Air Conditioning in the rooms are fantastic.
In Room bottled water policy has changed since last visit. Used to be free and replenished by house keeping everyday. Now they only give you the first bottle free and charge every other day if you use it. They expect you to refill the first bottle you used through out your holiday at a water vending machine before you go bed.
They have become tighter with the ALL INCLUSIVE option. Its still great, you get local alcohol soft drinks tea and coffee. However no free ice-cream. Only for kids between 3pm-5pm. It should be made available all day for everyone. There used to be burgers and pizzas during the day at the Pool Bar but now they only do pancakes... again cutting costs.
Most the foods they do are repetitive and a lot of processed food. This I would assume would be to cut costs. All juices from concentrate. Great selection of desserts though, especially if you like Carb City.
No Gluten Free Options.
Mobility impaired People will struggle to use the BEACH facilities where there are a lot of steep stairs that goes down to a man made beach on the a Jetti.

One of the only remaining Bedouin-owned hotels in Sharm. The staff is very nice, the location isn't particularly special, but the view from the top (where you can rent huts for cheap) is beautiful, and you can take a boat for great snorkeling elsewhere.
Incorporating a host of several diving centers including White Night, Shark’s Bay is a growing resort community. Surrounded by a mixture of gulf, sea, and mountain vistas, this neighbourhood provides a host of supermarkets, pharmacies, and hotels with beach access.
