“Cheap Hotel Bad Smell”

The hotel has spacious rooms, but the everything in the hotel smells to a point I had to keep the windows open at night.

“Not Impressed with the customer service at front desk and the maintenace of the hotel”

The shower stalls were not clean and poor maintenance on shower floor drains, no safe in room 708 as advertised on their website, and poor customer service at desk during check in and check out. Lady behind Customer service desk did not have eye to eye contact..Went downstairs later to reconnect internet, and the gentleman performed Outstanding Customer Service. Upon Checking out, I informed the lady that I was not happy and that I would not stay here again... She acted like that I was there for her which is not or never will be customer service.

“Ist kein Hotel,sondern furnished Apartments!”

“Mittelklasse Hotel”

Das Tulip Inn ist kein schlechtes Hotel aber aufgrund der Lage für einen Urlaub nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Man benötigt je nach Tageszeit 30 min. bis 3 Stunden um nach Dubai zu fahren. Allerdings stimmt das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis.
