“nice hotel”

Nice quite place. I strongly recommend this hotel. it is little far from Dubai but it worth staying there.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Bring your own wash cloth, none are provided. Staff is very nice and the food in the deli is delicious. Not disappointed at all with Centro.

“Unhelpful staff”

The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable, room size ok, clean. The staff quite disappointing. I arrived late at night and they gave me a room for smokers. When I called to complain, they told me they had no rooms. Only when I reached reception and made a fuzz, they gave me a non-smoker's room. It should not be like that. The client should not need to go down and make a fuzz to get something. A simple request is more than enough.

Shower had knats (bugs) flying inside. The hotel only had one outlet convertor available, which did not work. They did not seem to concerned about it either. The air in the room did not work, so when you open the window to get a cool breeze you end up with a horrible sewer smell. Waiters and servers on the a.m. breakfast buffet were very nice .
