Shanghai Worldfield Convention Hotel

Shanghai Worldfield Convention Hotel is the city s first international hotel complex featuring extensive/ up-to-date facilities for international conventions and exhibitions. It stands on 30000 square meters of land in the Hong Qiao commercial area/ an easy ten-minute ride from the international airport and 20 minutes from the Pudong Development Zone via the citys highway network/inner ring road/. The hotel has 3500 square meters of convention space. There are three large rooms - a Grand Ballroom that seats up to 1000 for theatre-style meetings and up to 700 for banquets/ a 600-seat multi-purpose Auditorium and a 600-seat Convention Hall. There are 20 rooms of varying sizes for middle or small-scale business and social events. It also has a range of state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and meeting aids including a built-in simultaneous interpretation system in the Auditorium.
