“Great hotel, great location”

Hotel in perfect location next to Nanjing Street East and few hundred yards from metro station. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English. Rooms were great and adequately sized. Only issue were beds mattresses are slightly harder than used to. Overall, recommend to anyone coming to Shanghai.

“Central Location”

Great Location to take in the delights of Shanghai. Ideally suited for exploring the city centre and a short taxi ride to the main tourist areas of the Bund and Pearl Tower etc. Food in the restaurant a rip off and over priced. Walk 2 minutes out of hotel for better and a lot cheaper options. Overall 5 stars for this hotels location, service and cleanliness

“Impressed with the hotel and trips organised.”

This hotel is ideally located about 15mins walk from the Bund and a couple of minutes from the main shopping street. The hotel is modern and well maintained and has a super indoor pool along with sauna, steam room etc. Staff are helpful and polite although not all speak much English.
