“Will never use it again”

Why? It's hard to find, for taxi drivers or local drivers. When I tried to save energy by turning off the a/c from time to time, the smell from the drainage in the bathroom smelled BAD! by the way, I was on the 7th floor. One morning, I called for a taxi from my room. When I came down, I was told they couldn't get a taxi for me. I said: "WHAT? How am I supposed to get out of this place?"

“Not recommended if you could pay a little bit more for hotel room”

Rooms were big and the queen bed can fit 3 adults. Dont expect any safe, minibar or iron for the price of the hotel. Its good price though considering breakfast is available. But if you stay 3 nights, that breakfast becomes harder to eat because it is the same. But the hotel does a good job of cleaning the hotel. It has also free internet in the business center which is very helpful. No printer though. Staff said you have to bring your own USB. Taxi/tricycle drivers have difficulty finding this hotel. better get a map/card of the hotel to make sure you get back there. Closest mall is at oakwood (10-15 minutes walk) which upscale and has Zara, supermarket, other restaurants. Also, Carrefour is 10-15 minutes walk. Nothing much to do around this area. It is quite.

“"I would not hesitate to return"”

Ya habiamos visitado este Hotel y nos parecio muy comodo, las tarifas son muy buenas, es muy agradable. Las paredes de los banos podrian estar mas limpias. Cuando uno va en familia podrian asignarnos habitaciones en el mismo piso a todos, esos seria bueno. Las personas en el escritorio frontal deben estar mas preparadas porque en dos oportunidades pedimos un mapa de la ciudad y nos indicaban que usaramos una muy grande que estaba en la pared del hotel y ese no nos lo podiamos llevar en nuestro bolsillo del pantalon y sabiamos que vendian un mapa de bolsillo por 5 yuanes y no se les ocurria ofrecerlo a los turistas hasta que de alguna forma le mostramos uno que anteriormente nos habian vendido y despues si nos lo ofrecieron. Recuerden que el mapa de la ciudad es muy importante para los turistas. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado muy cerca a la linea 11 del subway desde la cual podeos hacer transferencia a la linea 2 (Verde) y desde ahi llegar a muchos destinos de interes en la ciudad. Hay taxis esperando en entrada al hotel y el vecindario es muy bonito y agradable y esta recien remodelado todo el sendero por el rio que queda al frente, muy cerca queda Carrefour.

“2 Night Stay”

I was a little concerned prior to my arrival about the hotel because the price was too low. But it was exactly in the part of Shanghai where I needed to be. It was a litte hard to find, but it is very much like a US Holiday Inn Express. It's a clean basic hotel with a good level of service. Shanghai city is just a cab ride away. However, due to the remote location, cabs don't come by very often and never at peak periods. The hotel offers a shuttle to various places which is all a lot of people need. But if you have a meeting to attend at a certain time you better arrange different transportation. Other than the cab problem, I planned to have my laundry done on my second day there. I reminded the front desk when I left for the days a 7am. Upon my return the dirty laundry was still in m y room. The front desk was no help. The following morning I met the hotel manager while waiting for a cab. I told him of my laundry problem. He was very apologetic. After waiting 30 minutes without a cab, the manager decided to take me to my meeting in the hotel's shuttle. I appreciated his over the top service. He even followed up with a few more apology E-mails. The next time I need to stay in that part of town I will stay there.

“Zeer luxe en schone hotel”

Dit hotel is zeker aan te raden voor een gezin met kinderen, het is heel schoon en netjes. Je kan voor 25 Yuan kleren wassen, ontbijt was wel karig, vooral als je westers ontbijt dan is de keus heel weinig. Je kan op 5 minuten lopen met de metro naar het centrum reizen.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis eine gute Wahl in Schanghai.

“Lobenswert”

ich war sr angetan vom Service und der Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Wichtig alle sprachen Englisch und waren sehr hilfsbereit was nicht selbstverstaendlich ist in Shanghai. Mein Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem naechsten Asienaufenthalt wieder buchen. Nur vom Fruehstueck darf man nicht zu viel erwarten.

“Nicht zu empfehlen”

In mitten von Baustellen, die einerseits für schlechte Zugänglichkeit sorgen (den meisten Taxifahrern ist unklar, wie sie zum Hotel kommen sollen) und andererseits für einen hohen Geräuschpegel. Das Hotelpersonal ist zwar freundlich, aber nicht unbedingt kompetent und stellt in den seltestens Fällen eine wirkliche Hilfe dar. Das Frühstück ist ganz okay, ansonsten ist das Restaurant jedoch nichts für Feinschmecker.
