"Amazing hotel, private beach, very friendly staff"
We stayed here for a week and had the most amazing time. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, real 5 star luxury. Located in a secluded part, it has its own private beach, with direct access from our room.
The staff is extremely helpful, especially the gym instructor who gives personal lessons on request, and the babysitters at the kids club who took care of our boys each morning.
The hotel has several cuisine options, which made things easier because we didn't leave the resort to go out and eat for 7 days.
We originally booked the Hilton through AMEX travel, but when we arrived with our 11 year old they turned us away as they have a 13 y.o. + policy. So, our "any port in a storm" family policy was enacted and we ended up at the Savoy.
Boy did we make the right call. The Savoy was absolutely perfect. The property was beautiful and new, the front lobby staff so friendly and responsive and the rooms were large and comfortable. It has the largest pool on the island and the staff to guest ratio means you never have to wait for service.
My wife and I are considering a return trip without the kids, it was that good.
Had a very good experience. Top marks to the staff - they were extremely friendly, courteous and best of all, very prompt. The hotel is also well located wrt diving activities and so on. We thought the bathrooms were a little small with dicey drainage, but thats a minor quibble. Definitely recommended. 9/10.

Hotel was located right on the beach. Breakfast was varied and of good quality with the breakfast rooms looking over the ocean. The rooms were a good size (but no sofa nor work desk - not a complaint, just an observation to give an idea of size of rooms). Bed was comfortable with good linens. Furniture and decor had a modern feel. Pool was closed for renovations but option to use pool at hotel next door if you preferred that to the beach. Reception service was pleasant but very slow. Some reception staff appeared new as were uncertain of a number of details. I would be happy to return and recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the Seychelles (Aug/Sept 2014) staying in the Constance Ephelia in a family villa. From the accomodation to the staff to the facilities to even having golf style buggies to transport you around the resort - they thought of everything and achieved even more. A special mention has to go to our personal guide Marie-Agnes who was always on hand to guide, book and offer advise. Thanks to her we really had to do nothing except sit back and relax! All I can say is as a family resort this was exceptional and I could not recommend it more to anyone planning to visit these beautiful islands. More than a 7 star experience - Well done Constance Ephelia!
Probably the best holidays ever, at least in the category of relaxing holidays. The facilities were great, everything is very new and well maintained. The staff was always attentive and helpful, with a smile in their faces. The breakfast buffet was great, with a good assortment of choices. The room was huge, with a comfortable King Size bed, 2 showers, a bath tube with a view, a dressing room... and the terrace with the plunge pool was just unbelievable.
When we arrived, we were received very gently with a cold drink while we waited for the check in. Then we were informed that thanks to my +gold status in expedia we had an upgrade in our room, which was fantastic. The view from there was impressive. We spent 8 days in paradise.
Just one caveat: restaurants are very expensive. For cheaper food just walk north of the hotel. There is a restaurant 5 minutes away (PK @pasquiere) and a convenience store 10 minutes away with regular prices.
Arrived early for check in and provided with fruit cocktails and a pleasant introduction.
The hotel has good restaurants, lovely pool.
Free afternoon tea at 4pm by the pool was super.
Rooms are clean and we'll serviced.
Trips are available if required.
