Lovely hotel for couples or families

Posted 22-May-2015
Pros: The serenity and how clean it was. The bed was very comfortable. The also offered scuba
Cons: Ironing board in the room would be nice
Location: There is just the beach and the location is very quiet
Hotel is right by the beach. The staff are friendly. It is clean and definitely worth 5 stars. It is easy for families to also stay at the hotel as it is safe and far from the city centre. The location is quiet.

No doubt, a great place to stay in Seychelles

Posted 04-May-2015
Pros: Comfortable infrastructure by the beach. Nothing much to do besides relaxing and enjoying life.
Cons: Check-in procedures.
Location: Beach. Beach. Beach.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kempinski Hotel in Seychelles. A beautiful place by the beach. The trouble we had was having to decide where to stay, at the sand by the beach or at the sand by the pool. Tough choice... Good service and good food. A nice place to be with your children.

Paradise Islands secluded Gem

Posted 26-Apr-2015
Pros: The feeling of luxury and welcome was instant and remained that way for the duration of my stay.
Location: Beautiful beach. Facilities for water sports at the hotel. Spa, tennis courts and helicopter landing pad.
From the drive through the grounds to arriving at reception you know you are in for a treat. The warm welcome and friendly staff confirm this. I was given a tour by Jasmine (a trainee) at the resort and she was friendly, informative and courteous, a great asset. The choice of restaurants and facilities were numerous and the Olympic sized pool a focal point. The sun beds and loungers were perfectly placed and overseen by Yannick who whom nothing was too much trouble. He even reminded and escorted me to see the Hotel tortoises being fed - something I had mentioned I wished to see. The room was spacious and provided an oasis of relaxation with a huge comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Brilliant Seychelles

Posted 15-Jan-2015 on Hotels.com
The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic, the team is superb, they do their best to make it as personal of a relationship as possible. I always find that really nice and pleasant. The food is good, not great. Across all the restaurants at the hotel. You're a little limited for options, you have the Windsong bar, Cafe Lazaar, IndoChine and Planter's (Lounge and Bar). I would normally just get breakfast in my room, since it was basically everything that you would have in the buffet but about 20% cheaper. The only real downside to the hotel is that it's a bit far away from the main part of the island, but even for that I'm not entirely sure if it really is a downside because the beach is better on the West side than it is on the East. So I guess that depends on what you're looking for.

チェックインの時に誰もカバンの面倒を見てくれず。チェックアウトの時も空港へタクシーを頼んだが、タクシーが時間通りに来ない。15分も追加で待たされた。 建物などの設備は仮設のようなホテルでした。

Amazing hotel in paradise

Posted 03-Jan-2015 on Hotels.com
We stayed here with our families for a week. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous nature. The beach is nice, though you cannot really swim during low tide. We did not mind at all as we would enjoy the nice pool instead. The water was warm all the time. We had the beach side rooms. We asked to have the rooms next to each other in advance and they had them ready when we arrived. All the staff were super nice and they always went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We did a family snorkeling trip over the reef with Ricky. He was super nice and very accommodating. My nephew did a surfing lesson with James who was also super nice. We had half board and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner buffet at cafe lazar. We tried Indochina once and it was a disaster. The food was really bad and the service was very slow. We let the manager know and they made it up for us. I guess a five star hotel should have a nice a la carte restaurant but since everything else was so beautiful I would still give them five stars. This was by far the best vacation we had and we all enjoyed it so much. We all can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this place for families with kids. Tip: go for a long walk before sun rise; the views are breath taking

They only try to squeeze the clients

Posted 28-Nov-2014
Pros: Everything is perfect, except prices, services that are too relaxed, and the beach that is extremely bad, full of stones and corals, no way good.
Cons: Being more attent to the guests requests
Location: Location is far from everything, you feel captive and subject to the hotels overpricing
Apart from having to ask several times for a 2nd rack for the luggage, and on departure nobody took care of my call to quickly help me with the small cart they have to transfer luggage from the rooms, as they are pretty far, their exchange rate is 15% than the real one, and prices are over the normal. They overcharge so much, in contrast with the local prices, that is a real shame.

Hotel exceptionnel avec plage exceptionnelle

Posted 24-Nov-2014
Pros: personnel accueillant, situation unique
