Very well located hotel at short distance to the top attractions in Sevilla. The building is a mansion from the XIX century and is nicely kept. Staff is very kind and helpful.

This is an adorable boutique hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are beautiful views from the rooftop bar and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the cafe.

We found this boutique hotel quaint, clean, and charming! The staff were the most helpful we encountered in Spain. We especially enjoyed sitting in the little courtyard in the center of the hotel drinking coffee. From the hotel, we walked over the bridge to the Trianna district where there were many restaurants. We also walked to numerous sites and shops with ease. Love Taberna del Alabardero!

Good location. Great character hotel with lovely original features. Staff very friendly and helpful. Essentially this a gastronomic restaurant and cookery school with seven hotel rooms. It has a lovely roof terrace which opens when the temperature is warmer, in February the evening temperature falls sharply so it wasn’t open when I was there. Only complaint was the breakfast which was limited, surprising for a establishment which has such a reputation for it’s cuisine.

This hotel has nice location but its poor in amenities. Stuff are good the woman in the reception was great. Doors, electricity should be renovated but the location & the stuff will let you forget about these small things. Will repeat it for sire

Great location and awesome house staffs. The hotel used to be a school of hospitality. Very unique designed architecture. Only problem would be a very tight underground parking facility

The property is in a great location. Staff are friendly, and helpful to an extent. Don’t expect staff to speak English well or have much concierge service. The rooms could use renovation and much better beds (as do many hotels in Europe). I would stay there again, but it is not a four star facility.

Perfect Sevilla getaway.
We loved our time at TdA! Very friendly and helpful staff in an exquisite boutique hotel. Location is great, bed was comfy, and the choice of restaurant or bistro is very convenient. We would definitely recommend to friends to stay here.

We loved staying here. The location was great, staff was friendly, restaurant was terrific. The room itself was a little dated - but very comfortable, and the AC worked AMAZINGLY well (best in Spain), which was nice because it was really hot out when we were there in August.

Hotel with traditional Spanish architecture and an eye-catching interior above a noisy cafe downstairs. Very helpful staff. Parking through a narrow alleyway and a very small elevator. Very small room. A la carte breakfast. Walking distance to city center.

Thanks. Our rooms are big enought almost one which we say that is interior. To having a parking in the city center you should have an elevetar as we have and all the elevator for parking are similar. Anyway we say thanks to you for your review and puntuation.

Charming hotel
Great location near plaza Nuevo and cathedral Staff very solicitous Terrible water pressure so shower not great place is a cooking and hospitality school, so hit and miss as newer staff doesn’t always follow through. For example, we asked twice for shampoo and conditioner but it did not arrive. Breakfast for guests of 12 euros but we ate light so they charged us less.

This is a boutique hotel with a few guest rooms on top of a nice restaurant. Centrally located and beautiful layout in a Spanish building. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Service is non-existence. The staff is running the restaurant. There is a small office in the building but no one was there most of the time. We had breakfast included but felt that we were treated like nuisance. We had to order from a small menu. They brought us a small portion of everything and never asked if we wanted more coffe or juice or offered an extra piece of bread. This is a fancy restaurant that the staff behaved as if they were better than the guests. They seemed stuck-up and unfriendly. You pay for the location and nice room. You are on your own after checking in. Not worth it unless you want to be treated as nuisance.

Outstanding - we loved it!
We loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the old city of Seville. The staff were wonderful, the facilities charming and perfectly located for us to wander the streets of old Seville. Off-street parking was a real bonus. Unfortunately our budget didn't stretch far enough to enjoy the temptations of the 5 star restaurant, but we will definitely try it on our next visit to beautiful Seville.

The hotel was in the center of the city and close to everything (as long as you could navigate the small winding streets of Seville). The room was very comfortable and spacious for a European hotel room. Staff was friendly.

A precious jewqel in Sevilla!
This is a lovely 7-room historic hotel that is attached to a Taverna and restaurant. The location is quite excellent, being about 3 blocks from the cathedral, about 4blocks from the river and about three blocks from the most popular shopping area. Lovely antique furnishings, great whirlpool baths, wonderful staff and a fabulous 3-course lunch offered by the associated catering school. Very reasonable price in my opinion!

Central hotel with character
A beautiful restored building around an amazing covered central courtyard. The 8 guest rooms are on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is a lobby/bar/bistro, the 1st floor is a restaurant. Yes, it is noisey. Doors will bang shut too as guests return to their rooms. Quietens down quickly after midnight. So, what you expect in a typical small city centre hotel. Staff helpful. Beds were hard - not a problem for me - but may be for others. Room was good size, very clean with good bathroom. View from window was uninspiring and WiFi was rubbish unfortunately. Oh, why no kettles for guests? Had a meal in the Bistro - not bad at all. Within easy walking distance from the main city sights. Seville has great sites. If visiting the Alcazar (a must) book online to avoid queues and take the first opportunity to see the Royal apartment; it can close with no warning/explanation. On the minus side, don't expect drinkable tea in Seville, so keep to coffee. Local taxi drivers there are simply dangerous madmen. Public transport also not great. So, walk everywhere if you can.

Traditional hotel in old Seville
There are smarter hotels nearby, but once you are inside them you could be anywhere, this feels very traditional Spanish. The room was spacious clean and comfortable though the outlook was best ignored. The breakfasts were acceptable, served - rather than buffet -but there was no problem if you wanted more of anything and the service was very good. The restaurant was good, again the service was very good and it appears to be very popular with locals (apart from on Monday when we were the only people in there!). The tapas on the ground floor was OK though with so many excellent tapas bars on the doorstep I would go elsewhere.

Simply lovely.
Very comfortable room and very clean. Service was good and excellent breakfast. The room was small but it was an economy so can't really expect more. The only odd thing was parking. The hotel has its own underground car park so not sure why they charge €19 to park. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Walking distance for restaurants, bars and touristy things.

Old-style comfort in central location
The hotel is very conveniently located near key attractions in the center of the city, with many excellent restaurants and lots of shopping within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and its amenities are a bit old-style, owing to the original house and the way breakfast and other services are provided, but it was charming. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Wifi, unfortunately, was pretty weak and unusable on the phone or tablet. Parking in the garage, which can only be reached via a lift, was a bit challenging.

Wouldn't repeat the experience.
The room faced an inner courtyard so quite dark. That was ok, but bed was the hardest we've been on yet, bedding old, pillows thin, decor pretty bad and not overly clean. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast but very skimpy. The waiters were very pleasant. We felt it was overpriced.

Very beautiful hotel, magnificently designed and decorated. The staff is the best I have ever come across for service, charm and efficiency. The atmosphere and staff are "classy" formal yet smiling and warm. The guests are comfortable in anything from tee shirts to suits or shorts to dresses. The restaurant is exceptional for the beautiful setting, excellent food, unparalleled service and fine beverage list. You can't go wrong! It's all here and it's all wonderful. The desk will arrange anything that can be arranged for you, taxis, bus, train tickets, etc., etc., and of course directions and info. This is THE place in Seville! English was more than adequate.
