“Excellent Stay - especially the breakfast”
Lovely stay, lots of PLUS + points including fabulous breakfast (between 7 and 11am - plenty of choice, would decribe as one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel). Friendly & helpful hotel staff, good pool and sunbathing area, all though it was officially 'closed' whilst staying, we could still use it. Very spacious hotel, aimed at the business hotel guests, big room with minibar and upgraded us to pool view free of charge for slightly longer check in than expected. MINUS points - bar area (a little pricey, wont be left any change from a fiver for a pint!). Hotel location was not very central to historic part of Seville, you need to walk into the city for 45 minutes (each way) or take a cab, or the bus. Although Free Wifi advertised, I found it to be very slow an intermittent 75% of the time. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives and I would definitely stay again.

“Was very happy with the hotel and most of the staff”
Was very happy with the hotel and staff
“Be prepared to arrive to a huge hotel not customer in mind”
This is a hothel with a lot of rooms, a lot of tour thta arrive and go. So waiting for a medium service without any high expectations.
“All show, little substance”
Address listed refers to main thoroughfare in Seville, not the actual street the hotel is on. We spent an hour late at night trying to find the hotel because it didn't register on our GPS. And the phone number listed turned out to be for the fax machine. Don't know what the call will cost, roaming in Spain. When we did arrive, just after midnight! and told the receptionist our navigating problem, her response was "Oh yes, other people have had the same problem. You needed to type in this side street we are actually on." She had no explanation as to how the fax number was the contact one printed on our receipt. Lots of staff everywhere, whose task seemed to keep a keen eye on us and make sure we weren't stealing anything or something. No warmth, no eye contact, few smiles. Showy lobby, lots of marble. Could only use one wifi device at a time. Had to log on continuously it seemed. One bus to downtown Seville a 3 minute walk from lobby. Lovely grounds, nice pool.
“Big hotel, not very personal but OK”
I stayed here because of the proximity to the conference I was attending. OK hotel and good value but unreliable WiFi.
“Not quite a palace!”
The hotel was very comfortable and had pleasant gardens and pool area. The interior was very pretty. Our room was spacious and the beds superb. There were two things that let this hotel down. The quality of the food and the limited menu were very very disappointing as was the service and attitude of some of the waiters. One would not serve as as the table we sat at on the cafe terrace was too far away??? The other disappointment was the service at the pool. The service there was extremely poor. It seemed that personal conversations on the mobile phone took precedence. And guests had to collect their own towels. I. also do not think that guests should have to go to a pile of sun beds and have to crry them themselves to the pool. This purports to be a 4*hotel but the services mentioned above were not. The receptionists on the other hand were very helpful, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner was excellent. I would return to this hotel but I would take my own food and I would want to be sure that the pool attendant and the waiters had had professional training. Incidentally the waitresses were far superior to the waiters. They were extremely competent, efficient and friendly.
“No internet and not even trying”
The hotel was listed as a 4-star hotel, and I signed up because it was recommended as convenient to the venue by the organizers of a conference I was attending and because the rate was good. However they do not have an internet router sufficient for the size of their clientele. Indeed they might not have one at all. There is a site with their name that is listed under wifi connections but it is completely inoperable. They did not say this at check-in, left me to find out, suggested I go out into the hall - then finally admitted it wasn't working 'today' and they were getting someone to repair it. Well I was there four nights and no sign of repairs. They did redirect everyone to a private web-browsing server ('kubi') which was completely overwhelmed by their number of guests. How hard would it be for them to buy a strong router? In this day and age it is just not acceptable to not have internet. Many guests were upset. Also the air-conditioning was extremely cold, and the only way we saw to adjust it was to open the window - the knob for adjusting was inoperable. Finally, there was a massive queue at check-in every time I wented by (and also when we checked in). They need to address this too, but if their computer systems are subpar, which I surmise they are, I don't see how they will get around it.
“Lovely hotel slightly out of the city but offering a cool oasis of calm after a hot day sightseeing”
A lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood several miles south of Seville city centre. Rooms a spacious and clean (upgraded to a club room which also gave us entry to the club lounge serving tea and coffee all day along with tapas and cakes) with very comfy beds and pillows. I'm a very light sleeper and had 3 peaceful undisturbed nights. The pool area is wonderful and the pool bar serves snacks and drinks all day long. Towels are provided and there are plenty of loungers. Didn't eat at the hotel as it was expensive and there is a supermarket just around the corner with a few coffee bars along the street where we went for breakfast each day. Taxi into Seville is 7 Euros and a 5-10 minute drive or the number 34 bus stops just outside. This hotel was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again.
“Good Hotel in Seville”
Silken Al Andalus Palace Hotel is huge hotel in Seville with its own parking garage. when I was visiting the hotel there was a construction around the hotel and it is little difficult to find the hotel. Rooms are good and it is well equipped with minibar and shampoo and etc. ( staffs that you rarely find in hotel these days). breakfast is perfect. I can say 5* continental breakfast. you can find anything you want. I think it is better to reserve the hotel with breakfast option. staffs are polite and helpful however, on the arrival day they gave us a key for our room. when we opened the door we saw the luggage and dresses of other guests in room. we came back to reception and they quickly change our keys and apologize for the situation. apparently in their computer the room was empty which is not true. anyway, I think a hotel is a good choice in Seville. It's a little bit far from main attractions.
