The check-in was easy and the staff has been great. Also, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation, which made it easy to visit Plaza de España y el Centro. The only minor thing, on the last day of our stay (Monday after the first weekend of La Feria) we went to get breakfast right after they opened at 7:30, and all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. We asked the staff if they could warm up our plates, which they did. But they did not seem too concern about the food being cold, even after we told them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked for a kettle and got immediately. Excellent transport links and sites within walking distance. Excellent breakfast. The only thing I would have liked is evening dining option after a long day site seeing. Would return and recommend.

The hotel was just average. With so many hotels in the area you could do much better. Charger port was broken, shower head was broken, and shower door seal was coming off so water all over the floor. It was fine to sleep.
