“An ideal base”

Having read reviews concerning hotel complaints I was a little apprehensive, but on arrival I realised that the location, facilities, etc were ideal and perfect for a short stay in a lovely city. Staff were very helpful...condition of hotel good, location near metro, good neighbourhood with shopping centres, large number of restaurants / bars, Seville football ground....and taxis always available in front of the hotel. A great stay in perfect room. Plenty of eating places in city...so only had breakfast (good) in hotel. Easy access from airport by bus or taxi.

“Very Convenient for Train Station”

Convenient location - easy walk to train station. About a 20min walk to the usual tourist spots. I did it in the morning with no problem. Restaurant was very good - both service and food. Everything was clean and in good repair. Staff was very professional although somewhat impersonal. I had a quiet, good night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

“Modern hotel in Nervion neighborhood across from El Corte Ingles”

Shops and bars in the area, but further from the Centro than we thought (but right next to train station). OK once we learned the bus routes. Across from El Corte Ingles. Staff helpful, spoke some English. Nice onsite bar. Fast elevators where you push in your floor number and the elevator that's closest comes to get you.

“Good if you like walking”

This is a convenient hotel in terms of its relative closeness to airport and Seville's main railway station. The airport bus runs daily at virtually all hours and stops immediately outside the hotel. It is considerably cheaper than the taxi we took, without this knowledge, on our arrival. Hotel itself is well worthy of its 4* rating. Our room was generously appointed and extremely comfortable. Like virtually all Spanish hotels, there are no tea or coffee making facilities provided, so pack that travel kettle and adaptor. Breakfast was expensive so we used nearby cafes, with good food and friendly service at a fraction of the price. Restaurant within hotel was open for breakfast only, but adjoining (hotel run) one was reasonably priced (menu del dia for hotel guests at reduced rate) with excellent food and service. Seville's overall choice of restaurants was disappointing. Relatively few and expensive, with more of an emphasis on dining in the less formal tapas bars. Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from the main city centre and its numerous attractions; no problem if you like walking, but be prepared for bus or taxi journeys if not, both of which are readily available immediately outside. We were unlucky enough to visit over an extremely wet March weekend and so, although we made the best of a bad job, we did not see the city at its best. We were sufficiently impressed, however, to want to return at some stage, and will almost certainly use this hotel again when we do so.

“More than satisfactory”

Airport bus is just 2.30 euros and stops right outside the hotel. Hotel is nice and clean but a little dated. Restaurant next to the hotel is lovely. Hotel is a pleasant 15 minute slow walk (it was 36 degrees in October) to the old town. Breakfast is worth paying for. Great access to main shopping street.

“Good Tourist Hotel”

City central district, Somewhat distant from the Santa Cruz neighborhood, but we managed it by a long walk. Good shopping nearby.

Chambre agréable et confortable, très bonne literie. Par contre aucune insonorisation entre les chambres et entre la chambre et le couloir (quand les personnes sont au téléphone dans la chambre d'à côté c'est comme si elles étaient dans votre chambre. A proximité du métro nervion, accès très rapide au centre historique (3 stations). Près également du centre commercial nervion et d'un stade de foot pour les amateurs.

Gutes Hotel, trotz Flugplatznähe auch nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Het hotel is recent één maand dicht geweest . Ik had gehoopt voor een algemene update van het hotel. Ongeveer 7 jaar geleden ben ik ook in het hotel geweest , zeer tot mijn tevredenheid. Nu had ik het idee dat er buiten het nieuwe televisietoestel eigenlijk nauwelijks iets verandert was en de zaken maar matig waren bijgehouden. De hotelservice mbt de het bijhouden van de kamer was wisselend per dag. De glasgrdijnen waren grauw en vies. Er was geen algemene infobrochure op de kamer. Internet ( 4 sterrenhotel) was duur, 6 euro per uur in de hal van het hotel. Over gebruik van internet op de kamers kon ik geen info vinden hoewel de aansluitingen wel aanwezig waren. Het balie personeel kon me geen info geven. Vrijwel niemand van het personeel , ook niet aan de balie sprak engels. Het zwembad bleek , ondanks het toch mooie weer en temperatuur tot 25 graden die week net gesloten. (10-18 oktober 2010) De sportruimte was goed uitgerust , maar bevond zich in een bedompte , niet geventileerde ruimte die regelrecht stonk. Positief is de ligging van het hotel en de verbindingen met bijv het vliegveld en de binnenstad en het treinstation (St Justa). Het personeel was vriendelijk. Kortom het hotel voldoet niet aan de kwalificatie van 4 sterren en maakt de indruk van achterstallig onderhoud danwel vergane glorie.
