“Decent hotel for price - but don't expect anything great.”
Pros: Price is great Very close to subway Very close to bus stop to/from Incheon Cons: Hotel is not very clean... hair in bathroom, hallways smell of fish, hallways used to store maintenance equipment, some of the complimentary toiletries had been partially used and not replaced. If you're easily grossed out, I'd avoid this place. If you're looking for a cheap place to store your luggage while you are out all day and don't mind "roughing it" a bit, it's a fine choice. Manage your expectations.
“only good for the budget”
The hotel is well located. The room is big enough .The hotel looks very old and is not well maintained. The rooms also are not so clean. It is only good if you don't want to spend too much money on accomodation and if you are only looking for somewhere to sleep at night. So don't expect too much.

“Hotel clerks are willing and able to assist.”
The phone conversation before the trip was extremely helpful. Afterwards, the clerk I talked to over the phone sent me an email about the location and map of the hotel. With this info, I found the hotel without any problem even I did not speak Korean language.
“What you see isn't what you get”
On the most part, staff were unwilling to help. We booked the hotel for its laundry facility, only to find the hotel didn't have any. We were offered a laundry service instead, and were told it would take a few hours. It ended up taking 24 hours, which was a pain since we had only one pair of jeans and were stuck in the hotel. The restaurant service was equally terrible. Our food took over half an hour to arrive (not because it wasn't ready, but because the waitress was on the phone and couldn't be bothered to bring over our food), the order was wrong, and was incredibly overpriced. Save yourself the trouble and stay at the Do Do tourist hotel instead.
“Not Impressed”
The hotel was mediocre at best. The facility is nothing to brag about, very simple. It does not rate a single star. A bit over priced.
“Tiffany”
The service and location were excellent. Everything is very old and looks cheap. Air conditioner was not effective when outside temp was high, the coolest temp in the room would be about 70's F, you don't feel any coolness in the room when outside temp is high. Western style room is cleaner than Korean style room. If someone is smoking in the hall, the smoke is getting in your room through the gaps between the door and door frame of your room.
“Not impressed at all”
First of all... this hotel has been the worst hotel I've stayed in Korea. I've stayed at few other hotels about the same price range and this hotel has to be the worst of all. I chose this hotel because of price and location. It is located in Ceongdamdong but in a very odd business district area where it is very dark at night (scary) and right on the main street so it was really loud with all the traffic noise. Air conditioning wasn't working properly, complained many times but never got fixed. We ended up opening window but was constantly disrupted by all the loud traffic noise. Room was really tiny and the bed was too hard. Bathroom looked like it needed major renovation.... cracked tiles and dirty floor. I was told that there was a nearby subway station - but it isn't actually very near. It is like a 20 minute walk to Koex Mall. I thought it woud be right in the vicinity but it wasn't. It seemed like we took taxi more than subway during our stay here which defeated the whole purpose of staying there. The only nice thing was that it was near Koex mall which we went couple times duing our stay. I will definitely stay at a nicer hotel for extra $$ next time.
“Great location...just right for the price.”
The location is great! Close to COEX mall, bus stop from airport, and the subway. We took the subway everywhere in Seoul and had fun figuring it all out. The room was small, which was expected; however, the service was good. The only downfall was the bed....you might as well sleep on the floor, but that is true of any Asian beds. Recommend the "american breakfast" in the hotel restaurant to start your morning off right.
