“Novotell Seoul”

I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past in Seoul and Novotell has to be one of the best. The only thing I disliked was, that their was no free wifi. Everything you had to pay for. Most hotels have some sort of free internet service and this hotel did not. The location was good albeit a bit far from the airport. The airport from Incheon does not have a direct shuttle but the hotel has a direct bus to go to the airport. The bus though does not belong to the hotel so it is a five minute walk down the street. People that worked at the hotel were exceptional. Very friendly and so very kind. Novotell is one of my favorite hotel chains and the one in Seoul was no different.

“Very Nice!!”

Eveyone was very helpful and also very knowledgable about the surrounding areas and how to get to their destinations the quickest and cheapest way.

Area recommendations

Allo fht e places have so much to offer but for the itelife i recommend itaewon.

“Great hotel!”

We had a great time at this hotel - it was right on a major street with buses going by all the time, and easy access to the subway. The hotel had a fabulous pool and hot tub, and a very good restaurant for those times we just didn't want to go out. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I'd use this hotel again - clean and luxurious.

“Great business hotel”

I have used this hotel several times before and they have upgraded the rooms to make the work desk area easier to use. The big flat screen TV is a nice upgrade. This Novotel meets and exceeds the standards for the chain. I recommend the executive floors that include breakfast, internet and happy hour lounge. The combination pays for itself.

Traveller's tip

The airport bus 6004 has a stop ajacent to the hotel. There is a shopping center across the street that has a food court. The location is not close to downtown, but the hotel has a shuttle bus to take you there.

“ホテル自体はGood！　但し交通面はしっかり見極めて。”

このホテルの部屋で過ごすには大変満足しています。ただアメニティー類がなくフロントに言う必要があります。言えば無料で頂けます。（エコの取組一環だと思います）友人が仁川空港到着だったので６００４番バスでホテル目の前到着でした。非常に便利でした。（逆に仁川空港へ向かう場合、空港行きバス乗り場までホテルが無料送迎してくれます）ただ一つ、不満と言えば禿山駅までかなり遠く徒歩では20分～25分ぐらいかと思います。タクシー利用をお薦めします。帰国時は金浦空港利用で空港バスはありませんでしたが地理的には近いので模範タクシーで約30分ぐらいでした。（午前10時頃渋滞なし）また約23000ウォン（約1500円）でした。お土産が多かったのでとても楽に帰国できたかと思います。

“最寄りの駅から遠い”

最寄りの駅に、九老デジタル団地ともう一つあるが、いずれも徒歩15分から20分程度。特に九老デジタル団地駅までは、ながい坂があり雨に降られると最悪である。ほぼ駅からはタクシーかあるいは、行き先には全てタクシーか送迎がある方でないと厳しい立地。正面には、Homeセンター（スーパーみたいな）があるが、朝出勤前時間帯にはまだ開店していないので、行ったことがない。しかし、立地が悪いので、空いている場合が多い。観光で利用するのには、おすすめではない。しかし、シャトルバスが金浦とインチョン空港に運行されている。空港にも遠く、都心にも遠い、秘湯的ホテル。

“ホテルは最高”

部屋も施設も従業員も全て良かった。何も問題はありませんでした。ですが、駅までが離れていてタクシーを使って行きました。帰りが遅くなりタクシーを止めようと思ったら4〜5台に乗車拒否されました。遊びに行ったりとかはちょっと面倒でしたが、ホテルは良かったです。
