I wanted an inexpensive hotel, and the Noblesse was about as good as I could find in the price range. Just a place to sleep and a bathroom. The hotel has no other amenities.
The good: reasonably clean, close to subway station, and bus stop to/from airport. Lots of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores very nearby. Small fridge in room. Decent free wifi. Large flat screen TV. Western style toilet.
The bad: poor lighting in room and bathroom. Jacuzzi didn't work. Shower is in tub, but there is no shower curtain (but not a big deal). Only 3 or 4 English TV channels, and they were poor ones. Cleaning staff left my hotel door wide open one day all day with my stuff in the room.
Do your research on Google Earth on how to get to this hotel, as you cannot see the hotel from the main roads. The hotel is just a short distance from where the airport bus drops you off, but you have to make a couple of turns down a side street to get to the hotel. So make sure you know where you are going, or you may have trouble finding it.
Overall, this is an okay place to stay. I would probably consider staying there again. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your room, this is probably not the place for you.
