Location at the exit from the Gongdeok station makes this a perfect place for rail travel to and from airport and to and from virtually every site in central Seoul. Decent restaurant options; nice breakfast buffet. Decor is a bit dark; outside windows need cleaning; carpet in rooms is dark and is rippled--should be replaced.

We thought this was a great option for our first visit to Seoul. Subway line is literally right out the door, making it easy to get around. We found a few great restaurants within a short walking distance and the grocery store was very handy for quick snacks and drinks when you just didn't feel like going out after a long day of sightseeing and eating. Staff were always friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. Room was always cleaned when we requested and always spotless. We had a room right by the ice machine/water dispenser and the microwave, so that was an added bonus. Elevators were a little slow, but nothing too horrible and the pillows were a little soft for my taste, but I always have that issue when I travel because I prefer a firm pillow. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place while they are in Seoul.

This is a very nice hotel next to the subway. It was very convenient for public transportation. There was also a grocery store and many restaurants below the building. The room was very quiet and clean and had a great view. I loved the heated toilet seat!

The only thing about this hotel is that is not as clean. There was a small cockroach in the restroom. The staff was very helpful with that but they changed us to another room that was not as nice as the first one. It was smaller, and smelled old. Aside from that it was descend but keep looking for something better if you cant find then yeah stay on this one.

the airport bus doesn't stop at the hotel door, so you need to cross busy streets and to go up a little slope to get to the hotel entrance. The front desk is on the second floor.

The hotel did not disappoint! Yes, the hotel room had normal wear and tear from years of use, but still clean and comfortable. Direct connection to subway was awesome, and it’s possible to spend the entire day without leaving the building because there’s a grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, pharmacy, etc. all in the basement levels.
