Was close enough to Itaewon station to be convenient to get around but be away from the louder clubs. Room had mirrors in every wa which took a bit of getting used to and the aircon didn’t seem to want to cool the room down. However had a pleasant stay.

Cleaners mistook one of my fiancée's earbuds for rubbish and threw it out. Staff were incredibly evasive about handling the situation, and the manager wanted to "check" our room in case we were incapable of finding it ourselves. Do not go here if you value your valuables.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The only downsides was there was no microwave and only one drawer in the closet to put our clothes in. It was very clean and nice, the staff was responsive and very helpful.

Seen better days but good location
Hotel looks like it’s seen better days. Pictures make it look a lot more modern and in better condition than it was. Also when we arrived there was a spot of urine on the toilet seat so bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. Having said that housekeeping throughout our stay was fine. Wasn’t all bad… location was good, staff were helpful and friendly and we had a great view from our bedroom.

Hotel was at a great location. Plenty of restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Public transportation was super close by, the bus stops were about a block away & the subway a couple blocks away which made getting around Seoul so easy. The front desk was super helpful whenever we had a question. The room was comfortable, there was a bathrobe and slippers provided in the room which was a nice touch. I like that you could warm up the toilet seat. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Seoul.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean with nice furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with high-quality amenities. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Staff was great and location was very convenient. The property could really use an update though. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained in spite of the provided slippers. The whole room could have used a thorough cleaning honestly. The lobby was really nice with some interesting artwork and furniture. I really liked the place and the people. Service was top notch and we felt safe the whole time. It could just do with a refresh is all.

The bedding was dirty when we arrived, specifically the comforter and the bed skirt. There were marks on it. The hotel itself is not the nicest and the staff wasn’t very friendly when we arrived and checked out. Also all amenities (toothbrushes, comb) cost an additional fee. It seems like this hotel wants to charge as much as they can from you before you leave. Very disappointed and would recommend staying somewhere else

It was a really great hotel! Room was bigger than expected and there wasn’t any noise at night. I assume the club under the hotel isn’t open anymore because it wasn’t noisy at all during the weekend. Staff were helpful and held our bags for us! Great experience. The carpet floors could’ve been cleaner but they did give us slippers for the room so not bad.
