“very good place to stay if u want a lot of space at a reasonable cost!”

Its a serviced residence,not a hotel in the truest sense!!but it is amazing. Centrally placed, very close to Gangnam subway station. It allows the comforts of a home, away from home.I stayed in a suite,which had 2 bedrooms (with double beds), living room and kitchen, with 2 other friends.There is one bathroom (which is luxurious!) attached to the master bedroom, while there is one additional lavatory in the passage from the main door entrance.The kitchen is adequately equipped,adding a microwave would just make it perfect!They also provided a large refrigerator, a very good washing machine & ironing board. Iron, electricity adaptors, lan wires are available from frontdesk.It also had free high speed wifi(the smaller rooms-wired lan connection).CableTV was present in living room & the master bed(but did not have many english channels).The frontdesk staff are extremely courteous &helpful &knew english decently well(something very rare in seoul!)They provided all help possible in arranging tours, & local travel. They are at the desk all 24 hrs... and eager to help even very late at night. They also have a bar which is open till 2am. Hotel has 3-4 restaurants, including traditional korean, thai and chinese. They also have a restaurant called "Hit the spot" which provides continental breakfasts and brunch. They menu is however limited. But, there are numerous joints and bars in the vicinity which provide a wide variety! Overall, I will stay here again if I go again to seoul(****)

“Not worth the value of money I spent”

This is a serviced apartment not a hotel. Housekeeping comes once a week on saturdays. The rooms's ambience is sub-standard, it uses different light colors throughout the rooms, ceiling light use bright whites while others use the nice halogens. The sofa in living room is torn and patched with tapes. The hallway is dim and seem old. On the other side the lobby is quite nice, nana kim a front office staff speàk fluent english and v helpful, high speed wifi is complimentary everywhere in the hotel, 24 hour convenience store on lobby level is convenient (hence the name) and priced reasonably, 2000 won or usd 2 for a 200ml starbucks iced coffee latte. Gang Nam subway station is 5 min walk from the hotel.

“Better than a regular hotel”

The Coatel is more in the nature of 'serviced accommodation' than a standard hotel, which we found much more flexible with its cooking and clothes washing facilities. The room with a balcony was also larger than we might have expected for the price and location.

“Hotel is well situated in the busy Gangnam area”

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and equipped with the basics if you want to cook for yourself. Room was also clean and spaceous.

“ちょっと古め・・・でも交通の便は◎！”

12月のマイナス10度の時季に女性2人で行きました。部屋代が安かったので、部屋の寒さを心配しましたが、実際は床暖房がとっても暖かくて部屋では全く寒さを感じませんでした。 ただ、壁にヒビがちょっと入ってたり、シャワーガラスがちゃんと閉じなかったり（湯船はありません）、コンセントがホテルと違い日本の形式と違ったりと、若干古さを感じましたが、レジデンスなので広めのキッチンと調理器具も揃っていて、全体的には清潔感のある室内で快適に過ごせました。 ココの一番の魅力はとにかく交通の便が良い！地下鉄カンナム駅には徒歩３分で、1階フロントには２４時間のコンビニ、飲食店もショッピング街も充実じてて、総合的にはお勧めレジデンスです！

“凄く良かったです！”

ホテルの場所はミョンドンからは離れてました！ でも、周りのはお店はたくさんありました！ 焼肉、カフェ、ワッフル屋、ハンジュンマクも利用し、とても楽しかったです！ どれも徒歩圏内、リーズナブルでした！ 部屋はキレイとまではいきませんが、十分な清潔さで、なにより広く快適でした！ 今回は友達４人で一部屋利用でしたが、値段も非常に安く満足な旅になれたのもこのホテルのおかげと思います！ ホテルの従業員は、最高に良かったです！ 優しく、色んなアドバイスを頂き、友達のバースデーを一緒にお祝いしてくれました！ 日本のようにマニュアルが徹底とゆうのはないかもしれませんが、従業員それぞれが個性的でなおかつ良心的な対応で、また絶対このホテルに泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした！ 本当にオススメします！

“この価格であれば。”

地下鉄カンナム駅から歩いて5分、金浦空港から直通のシンノニョンから歩いても10分ちょいといったところです。 小さなコンビニも1Fにあり、徒歩数分圏に他にコンビニも数軒あります。 部屋はレジデントタイプということで同価格帯のホテルよりは広いです。 バスタブは上位グレードの部屋のごく一部にのみあるようです。 床はオンドルになっているので冬もあったかいです。 他のサイトのレビューでもあったとおり、タオルはかなり古いです。 枚数もあまりおいてないので、必要な方は早めに追加のタオルをリクエストしておいたほうがいいかもしれません。 地下のサウナもかなりいいようですが、まだ行ったことがありません。 朝食は何種類かのセットから選ぶ形で、洋風のワンプレート。 はじめて利用しだしてから5年たちますが、少々設備が古いことを除けば十分お得かと思います。

“二人以上で長期滞在には、よい。”

２泊３日で、一人で宿泊しました。ベッドはセミダブル１つとシングル１つが並べてあり、とても広かったです。（とくに一人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい）。 レジデンスなので、キッチン・電子レンジ・洗濯機がありました。ドライヤー・湯沸かしポットはあるのに、なぜか歯ブラシはなかったです。 インターネットもＬＡＮケーブルをフロントで無料貸し出ししてくれ、ケーブルをさしこむだけでネットにアクセスできました。 あいにく、宿泊した部屋の窓の外で工事をしていたため、朝になると工事の音がうるさかったです。 江南駅の４番・３番出口から徒歩５分くらいでした。ロケーションはいいとおもいます。空港リムジンの停留所も、ホテルから近いです。 近くにはサムソンの本社があり、近代的なビルが多かったです。 チェックアウト後に、荷物を一時あずかってもらいました。接客もいいですし、英語も通じます。
