“Bas and Convenient”

Casaville was located right near the Sinchon metro. Very convenient. Many restaurants nearby. I was there in August and the halls and elevator were not air-conditioned. Very hot and humid. My room was comfortable with a very small bathroom. The breakfast was not very good, and I decided to eat elsewhere. I chose the hotel because of it's location (my daughter was at one of the universities), so if you're not too fussy, it's adequate.

“Great Location,”

Casaville Residence, Shinchon is a studio not a hotel. The check-in counter is on the 15th floor - quick and plainness check-in and check-out. They only provide one key per room and cleaning services is provided every 2 days. The room size is decent, but the bathroom is extremely tiny - no tub only stand up shower. Don't be deceived by the pictures, this place is not all that modern. The furniture and walls in my room were pretty worn and the there's no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways, the ac in the room worked great though. The free breakfast is really a throw away - they serve cereal, toast, instant soup, preserved ham, and watered down coffee. If your looking for a luxury get away, you wont find it here. Casaville Residence is however a decent places to stay. They provide free in-room wired internet and the location could be more convenient - it's a across the street from the metro and many buses (included ones to/from Incheon airport) and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Not the best but very much acceptable, would stay here again.

“Would stay again”

Quiet, but our room was on the 12th floor. Room was clean with adequate storage and small kitchen area. Bed was firm. Temperature controlled in room. Pleasant service at desk. Very quiet breakfast. Excellent location!!! Across the street from a bank for exchanging money. Very near subway. Good shopping. Good location for going to Ewha Univ. and Yonsei Univ.

“Casaville Residence, Shinchon”

wer schnell ein zimmer mit minimalen ansprüchen haben will ist hier genau richtig. ich war für einige tage in seoul und brauchte ein zimmer mit guter erreichbarkeit und nähe zum stadtzentrum. dafür ist dieses hotel ok, metro und alle möglichen geschäfte in unmittelbarer nähe. leider war die sauberkeit unter meinen erwartungen, besonders im bad gab es dinge, die ich lieber nicht vorfinden wollte (haare, schimmel und allgemein unsauber). "spitze" war auch der zimmerservice, alle zwei tage. ein reichhaltiges frühstück ist übertrieben. lage ok, service und sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

“Le bon rapport qualité /prix”

Tres bon hôtel bien situé dans Seoul, proximité du métro, proximité de la navette aéroport. La chambre est spacieuse avec coin kitchenette(mini frigo, plaque électrique; microonde, évier et un minimum de vaisselle tasse, verre, bouilloire) . Relativement calme bien que situé dans un grand carrefour (on était au 8eme étage), propre et équipé d'une climatisation autonome facilement réglable. Petit déjeuner copieux , à volonté (buffet). Seul petit point a améliorer avec le temps, c'est le niveau d'anglais du front office, assez limité pour certains et surtout avec un accent assez particulier !!! Hôtel a fortement recommander

“掃除は二日に一度、シーツ交換は一週間に一度・・・”

ドアノブに部屋を掃除してもらうようタグをぶら下げて出かけたが、夕方戻っても掃除がされてなかった。フロントに電話すると、掃除は二日に一度、シーツ交換は一週間に一度との事。タオルとかはどうしたらいいか聞くと、15Fのフロントまで取りに来いとの事。フロントにタオルを取りに行った際に少し文句を言うと、「チェックインの際に伝えた」と言い張る始末。この蒸し暑い季節にシーツ交換なしは非常に不快です。聞いてないからシーツ交換するようにかなり強くいうと、しぶしぶ引き受けてくれましたが・・・。チェックイン時には申込時にインターネットでけっさいしているにもかかわらず、カードで二重に決済されました。ネットで決済している旨を伝えても「通常この会社はチェックイン時に決済している。ネットでの決済はしていな い」と言いきってました。予約控えを見せて、確認してくれと強く言ったところ電話で確認して、ネットで決済済みだと判明。ホテルのサービスマンのレベルとしては最低です。強く物事を言えない人は避けた方がいいと思います。

“「二度と泊まらない」”

6月17日～ダブルの部屋に、二泊しました。ロケーションは最高です。宿泊代もお安い方です。・・・しかし、部屋は、まともに掃除してありません。食器も洗ってありませんでした。まあ、それも自分でやればいいんでしょうが、小型のエアコンが二台付いていたのですが、多分、一年位掃除されてない状態で、動かすと、異臭で頭が痛くなりました。せっかく立地と建物はいいのに・・・。まあ、二度と泊まりません。
