Walking distance from City Hall station, convenient in this sense. Walk a little more to the Myeongdong street (the overpriced touristy crowded food street).

Just as good as last time!
Second time staying here and just as easy/comfy as last time. I really like the location and the staff person was very friendly. The space was just right. I like that there is a hot/cold water station in the hallway. It could be jarring for some regarding the bathroom as it’s the entire room.

Air conditoner was bad so we suffered from warm room. Unfortunately when you take out the room key everything shuts down so when you return it takes very long time to get little air that we got from air conditioner. I loved the people who owned and managed the property. Location was very convenient and close to transportation.

It was what I imagined and expected. No bells and whistles. in this case it's a good thing. Just a place to have a blissful rest. Staff is hospitable and courteous. I will definitely book and stay again if visiting Seoul alone.

I enjoyed my stay with my siblings, the rooms are a bit small but it was okay with us since we were out most of the time. The bathroom is fine, although I didnt really like that your silhouette can be seen, since its frosted glass. Area has lots of dinning, convenient stores around to that are close by. The Naedaemun market is just on the opposite side of a big street, Myeongdong is also like about a 15 mintue walk. Overall, enjoyed my stay! Thank you :)

Great location
Great location in Myeondong across from Namdaemun market. Best way to find it on Naver is VIP Tuna. If you’re using the public rail transportation and have luggage, go towards entrance of Deoksugung Palace for the elevator into the station (kind of across city hall). About the space… pretty basic accommodations with sheets/blanket and one pillow. It is a med firm pillow which I like. Bed was fine. Mini fridge with cups to use. Water in hallway. Towels provided are mini too. Bathroom is setup where the shower is the entire room once you step in with the sink feeding the shower head water. Surprisingly I liked the sprayer head and it hot hot enough. There are shower slippers and regular slippers. There was a little coat rack to hang up some stuff. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. For what I needed and the amount of time I actually was in the room it was great. I really liked the location and would stay here again especially as a solo traveler.

My secondary residence in Seoul !
The service was amazing, friendly, proactive. They offered to let us use the washing mashine and tumble dryer for free. I went back late, they had put my clothes through the drier, so great. There's also a scale to check the luggages weight before check-in. They thought of everything, and for a reasonable price. A family business handled seriously. My wife and I loved it. Thank you, keep up the good job!

Must stay guesthouse in Seoul!
Our whole korea trip was made more amazing because of this guesthouse. The owner was so hospitable to us. The rooms were not that big but it was good enough. I would like to recommend this guesthouse to everyone! :) The best!!!! Also the breakfast is sooooo good!

Walking distance from 2 Subway Station.
8 minutes walking from Hoehyeon Gate 5 & City Hall Gate 8 subway station. Along the way to Hoehyeon you'll pass Namdaemun Market, which is a great place to buy souvenirs. Nearby are also a lot of convenient stores as well as cafe/bakery in case you need a quick bite. The owner is very friendly and her daughter is helpful as well. Her daughter speaks English very well so there's no communication barrier here. Breakfast is served on the top floor everyday. Toast, cereals, coffee, milk, tea. Pretty much you can save on your breakfast before going for a long walk. Went there during winter season, the heater was just nice and it's centralized. But in case you felt too hot at night, just request for the air-cond remote from the owner. The room is just nice for 3 person. Afterall you'll only be in the hotel room like 12-8am for the night only. The bed is quite hard but I think it's okay.

Good budget hotel
Overall, the hotel service was good. They gave us free upgrade to triple bed room from double bed room. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to sub stations and market places, hence it was at a very accessible and convenient location. The only minus point is the bathroom is too small and hence difficult to move around when bathing. Other than that, given the budgeted price, it was a reasonably good hotel and I may go back.

Convenient location, walking distance to subway and shopping areas. Luckily, I chosed a triple room although only 2 of us. Still the room is small and the bed linen not too clean. Toilet is also very small. Not value for money.

Very nice guesthouse, so close to myeongdong and namdemun market. Also walking distance to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace maybe 15 minutes, also the metro station is just few steps away, very convenient, the manager Ryan, is very attentive and helpful. Beds are comfy and there is an elevator in the building. We really enjoyed our 7 day stay ..

Fantastic First Experience of a Guesthouse..
I used to stay in hotels when I travel overseas. This was the first time in my life I tried staying in a guesthouse (or I also call it a hostel), and I must say I was very uneasy about this accommodation initially. However, it turns out to be FABULOUS experience. The manager at the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. When you ask him something, if he don't know, he will search the internet for answers. And, if you need information of a certain product, not only will he help to find out the price and the shop address, he will also browse some online forums for user reviews and discounts.It was a great help as those forums are all in Korean language, for people like myself who don't understand Korean, will not be able to get hold of such reviews easily. It may look a little too good to be rating 5 points, but considering the amount I am paying, i think it definitely worth 5 points.

櫃檯臉超級臭，講話超兇，好像我欠他錢一樣！ 因為怕有害蟲，在房間噴了防蚊液，退房後被控訴說在房間抽菸有菸味（房間無窗戶），經過解釋無抽菸是防蚊液後，仍被要求付15萬元清潔費（比我總住宿費用還高）！ 原來我真的有欠櫃檯錢啊！ 整體住宿體驗超差！

I remember you.Even if you didnt smoke in the room , that room was not available to sell for 3 more days because of you.The smell was so bad after you used.Please dont use such things like that.If you want to use , ask host first.

洗面台の上にシャワーがあり、体を洗おうとは思えませんでした。 またガラスで仕切られているので半分くらい体が見えるくらいにはスケスケです。 しかし水回りにさえ目を閉じれば安くてコスパが良いです！
