The continental breakfast was gone 1 hour and 15 minutes before their end time. No bagels left at all. Only stale cereal and a couple oranges. The coffee was empty. The place needs a good cleaning. Our room was ice cold upon arrival and looked dirty.

Room very clean, can hear others in the hallway and tv sound is lousy. Continental breakfast is good. Felt very safe in this hotel.

It was extremely noisy. We were on the first floor and we could hear all the conversations from the people in the rooms on both sides of us. We also had people outside the windows having conversations all night. The shower head was extremely dirty. My shower started off cold, went to scalding hot and then back to freezing cold again.

Will not ever stay here again. Our room carpet was stained & there was this white stuff on the wall you think they would get that off the wall. I will pay more for a better hotel. And the water in the shower wasn’t hot at all.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the heating unit in my room & it was too hot. I did let them know at checkout & they apologized & advised that they would look into it for the future. The free breakfast was much appreciated too.

This hotel is very outdated. The carpets had sins and the room smelled very musty. The bathroom sink did not drain well. This was a nice place to stay years ago but not anymore.

This hotel is good for an overnight stay. Clean and the staff was friendly. There are no extra frills here. The walls are very thin so you hear everything going on in the room next to your room, the people inbthe hallways and the rooms above you as well. Wifi is very spotty and not reliable.

This gets 4 stars because it was fairly clean and it was convenient as we were traveling on I-90 towards Ohio. It was nothing special, but for an overnight stay it was fine. It was pretty close to main street, had ample parking, offered light breakfast fare and was quiet.

Too expensive for a hotel of this capacity.
Check-in was bad due to not enough manpower to clean rooms. No maid service, bed was not made. It's not a very good thing for a $200.00 a night room.
