I don’t recommend a room on the 1 st floor very noisy..doors slamming and curtains are not all the way blacked out won’t close tight enough .. and smaller than the room we had last stay 3 rd floor .. was way better for noise level and curtains and space in the room

So first good things. The room was clean and nice. Keurig, microwave and fridge in the room. Nice bathroom and fast internet. Swimming pool with hot tub was a nice thing too. Coffee available 24/7 from a coffee machine was awesome as well. The gym was ok, but the dumbbells were broken, so no triceps for me. The breakfast. Yes, they have complimentary breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, susages, eggs, pancakes, cereal and bread. The thing i didnt like about the breakfast was that everything was wrapped in plastic. The utensils plastc, plates plastic, cups plastic. Our plant in going nowhere.

This place was amazing! I feel like it was a step above other hotels for the price. Everything deserves a 5 star but only a few tweaks I think would make it above the rest even more! - We had a king bedroom with a pull out couch. There was plenty of space in the bed and room for my husband and I, however, there aren’t enough outlets in the room or near the bed. There is 1 plug and 1 outlet on the bedside lamp but unless you want to unplug the lamp or the clock from the wall, you have to plug other items across the room. - Also, the bed pillows are nothing more than the size of couch pillows. I’m glad I brought 1 from home. Pillows should definitely be upgraded! - our bathroom was very small. You had to stand over or on the side of the toilet to close the door. -While all this stuff is cosmetic issues, the staff and the hotel all together were great! We drove through a really bad snow storm but once we got there, the heat was rolling and the front desk girl was so sweet and caring! Very personable and genuine. Even it being after midnight when we arrived, she was in such good spirits! I wish I could remember her name! -The staff the next morning was equally as amazing! At breakfast, I couldn’t figure out the pancake maker but I walked up to the desk and Ben came right over to help me and get it fixed. -will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone! THANK YOU! We loved our stay!!

The hotel was amazing. Clean rooms and bathrooms. WIFI was not great and there was no electric vehicle charging. Breakfast was great. Also wish the hotel was eco friendly!

We absolutely will return to this hotel while in the area. All the staff that we dealt with were super friendly. The kids loved the pool, the breakfast was amazing! The rooms were updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! Very good water pressure. Even the towels and wash clothes were nice! If you're staying in the area, I highly recommend that you stay here! You won't be sorry

A lot of the trails and waterfalls are about an hour away from the area. Alot of wide open spaces and long drives. There are not a lot of good dining options in the area. Breakfast quality could be better. It is very relaxing though!

Great place to stay in the Finger Lakes
From check in to check out, all was easy and so pleasant! They have a lovely pool, with long hours, and a good breakfast. The room was clean, without the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I'll remember this spot!

The staff was very friendly both on check-in and check-out (it was the same woman) and when I asked where the guest laundry was at check-in, she told me it was on the 2nd floor and put us there. That was very convenient for us. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. We were able to walk just a few minutes to the Mexican restaurant. My only gripe was that I could not find any milk when I came down for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
