Everything is fine just the bath fills quickly unless we remove the plug hole completely just leaving it in the 'opening' position is not working.

Good Hotel
Beautiful modern hotel, very ckean and welcoming staff. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and was enjoyable. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Lovely welcome, clean, only had basic double room but as we were only there for one night it was fine. Our room had a slightly odd shower room /loo configuration with door to hand basin immediately next to bed so no room for a bedside cupboard. Excellent location and would definitely stay there again. Recommended

Really convenient for the local amenities. Its quite a quite town but the hotel is on a very quiet bit. The breakfast was great. lovely views over the local marina.

A 5* hotel worth the visit.
So much better than the 3* suggests. A fantastic hotel in a gorgeous location. This was a proper treat. Plenty of parking out the front and at the rear of the building. Wish we could have stayed longer and we WILL return.

Great find in unusual area
A stay at somewhere we have not been before- the Alabaster Coast. Lots of high white cliffs with small picturesque bays. The hotel is quite large but welcoming. Although 3 star I felt it met 4 stars in most ways. A huge room of 30 square metres, good condition and decor and a fantastic restaurant- rarely for hotel food this was exceptional. Separate washroom to private loo. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Only downsides were Aircon that was not good enough. West facing so sun straight in during afternoon. Closing the curtains solved this on second day there but hotel could have done this to prevent a hot room on arrival. Opening windows solved the problem but in summer would probably be difficult. Air blown out was cold but inefficient. Secondly the bath had a hand held shower but the fitting was put on at bath level so no effective shower. Just moving it up on the wall would solve this at no expense. A shower curtain was present. Lastly to clarify, we did have coffee making facilities and a fridge. A really good hotel in an unusual position well worth considering. And did I mention the excellent restaurant?!

New, modern hotel overlooking the yacht basin which leads up to the port. Easy parking. Friendly & efficient check in (good English spoken) and adjacent lifts to bright, spacious rooms. Room & shower room (separate wc) were immaculate & the bed super comfortable. Excellent dinner served by attentive staff. Extensive breakfast buffet to suit all tastes. This town is a little out of the way & probably off the main tourist routes. However, if you were planning on staying within a reasonable distance, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in every respect including value for money compared to other hotels offering a similar or more expensive room tariff

The hotel is right on the harbour with ample parking. The staff are really friendly and speak English. The room was super clean. Not the biggest room, but great for a few nights.

Lovely hotel in excellent location, & great staff.
Hotel excellent in every way, except one. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was fine (presumably why three stars rather than four), but it would have been great to have a machine in a public area. It was very cold and wet out one day, and the bar wasn’t staffed at that time. The receptionist kindly made us a coffee, but I think a hot drinks machine would be a huge benefit, for us older people in particular. The restaurant was first class too and reasonably priced given the quality of food and service. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent stopover on our way to Dieppe ferry. Good location, easy to find and park. Clean, modern and very business like. No restaurant unfortunately the night we stayed. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend.

Lovely big rooms - book for dinner though.
The hotel was immaculate and VERY clean. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant staff though seemed completely disinterested in even attempting to find us a table so that we could have a quick meal. It was allegedly fully booked but still 95% empty at the time we enquired. The room was large, comfortable and quiet with a separate WC to the large shower. However the chairs provided in the room were quite hard and gave a numb bum when sat in for half an hour to watch TV.

A lovely modern hotel
We arrived on a Friday and it was disappointing that the restaurant and bar in the hotel were not open but it was early March. We were recommended to go to the Casino restaurant and we had an excellent meal there. The hotel is very clean and modern and we were happy with our room which was large and comfortable and overlooked the back of the hotel. There was a separate toilet from the bathroom and we were very pleased that there was a bath with shower attachment for hair washing. The only down side to the room was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities although there was a fridge. The breakfast is self service with a good variety of fresh breads, pastries, cheese, cold meats, cereals, boiled eggs. We had an excellent evening meal on the Saturday night. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful and we would certainly stay here again.

Location beautiful. Room enormous. Bed really comfortable. Loo & bathroom separate, so inconvenient.Shower on waist-level hook,so difficult to use. At the price it should have been 100% superb, but Breakfast bar DISASTROUS. architect-designed, it seems, with cramped self-service area, juicing machine as old as most of the guests and just as wheezy, oranges and cheese had to be cut up by guests, prolonging queues. Non-matching & chipped china, dripping coffee-pot. Waitress made ordering mistake over dinner, so I asked for a drink "offert" (on the house). I expected a second mistake, it appearing on the bill, which it did. I pre-empted this on checking out.

Lovely place to stay just 30 minute from Dieppe. Front rooms of Hotel overlook harbour which is lovely. Rooms with balcony - these are balcony windows rather than actually sitting on a balcony but nice view. We booked for dinner based on the reviews. Bar open but service poor as waiter covering Bar and restaurant. Only a few people eating as early part of the season BUT the waiters then started clearing the unused dining tables - ready for breakfast presumably - this did not add to the ambience of the place and we almost expected them to arrive with the hoover whilst we were still having dinner. Food good but dessert was not 'fine dining' - more ice cream sundae.

A clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travellers. Note that the Casino is off-site, but complimentary shuttle service is available.

Biggest issue - hotel clerk charged us more at checkout than what we booked online (I selected the double room @ $79 euro - stated as special rate as I clicked through the booking process), and we had already paid with credit card online. We will be questioning the double payment when we get home. It definitely was not worth $111euro/night. Had we known that at time if booking, we would have chosen another in the same location. There were several in that area that would have been a better place to stay. The picture of the hotel online was not the actually the same hotel. The one in the picture was a bigger and much more appealing. It was located along the shore and the view was great, but there were not boats docked at the shore. It was difficult to find the hotel clerk. Someone would come out from behind closed doors after awhile. Trouble with free wifi access. Would not recommend.

We had a family room that was sizeable, clean and in good condition. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was very bright and well maintained. A very pleasant surprise as it was very reasonable.
