“Fabulous Staff!”

We had a great room. Pet friendly, but call the hotel direct to book for that. They were great about accomodating us even though Expedia doesn't have access to book pet rooms. Our friends left a cell phone behind. Staff found it and took care of returning it to us!!! I would stay there again!

Must see
Take the drive to Jerome. Very cool town, nice people and affordable things to buy. The scenery/views are incredible...
Shopping
Beautiful art, but many shops with "regular people" prices for memory trinkets.

“Great Staff”

Concierge had great suggestions for dining and activities.Breakfast was just right. Room was clean and quiet. The room was not huge but just right for a one night quick getaway to the Redrock country

“Bit expensive but very nice and worth it.”

I enjoyed my stay there, the room was nice and clean, the furniture bit minimalistic but still very useful. The beds were very plush, and my favorite feature would be the fact that the room was very quiet even with the hotel completely full. Also, loved the fact that the hotel is not located in the middle of the touristy area. Will definitely stay there again.

“Nice hotel for the price, but non accomodating staff”

The hotel location and rooms were ok, but I was dissapointed in the reception personnel. We arrived for a one night stay and had a very early pick up the next morning for a hot air ballon ride, I asked in the evening, upon arrival if we could have a late check out (as the hotel told me it was at 11 AM), the guy informed me that they were not full and there should be no problem to check out at 1 PM, but I had to let the morning shift know. In the morning, when I did, the receptionist told me the quota for late check out was already filled up, so we had to leave at 11. Moreover when returning from the hot air ballon ride (close to 10 AM) and we went to get the breakfast buffet, he told us we couldn't because it would close soon, although the buffet was still open for 15 minutes and was included in the room fee. This was really poor customer attention and regretable, as the rest of the stay was fine. Sedona is magic and we had overall a very good time.

“Best breakfast ever”

The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had-choices for everyone. The concierge was so helpful in making reservations and giving suggestions for hiking and other activities. The rooms were very nice.

“Skip this hotel”

I should have never booked this hotel. The front desk and concierge were great, I rented a suite and they made it sound so great. The room was like a cheap motel, horrible, beds were uncomfortable, room was extremely outdated, breakfast was horrible. If you are looking for a room in sedona skip this one.

“Large, comfortable room for all”

We had the 2-queen suite which was wonderful when you are traveling with mom, dad and 9-year old. Our son was able to use the divided sitting area with couch, coffee table and dining table to do his homework, watch DVDs or Legos while Mom and Dad could lounge on the beds reading or watching TV. Room also came with small fridge (set way too cold for food...froze everything!), microwave and coffeepot. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for 4 nights. We even used the gas fireplace a few times more for ambience than heat. Would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend.

Check out the Center for New Age...great shop! Make sure to go to Jerome, the ghost town in the hills above Cottonwood, and eat at the Haunted Hamburger. We shopped, hiked the red hills, saw the jazz festival and spent some time exploring our spirituality. Definitely check out Dahl & DiLuca italian restaurant, but make sure to make a reservation. The food was wonderful and the decor is amazing!

“Loved this hotel!”

This was an older hotel with extremely nice ammenities. The room I had was spacious and looked as if it had been newly remodeled. The hotel staff were exteremely helpful and there was even an concierge in the lobby to help you with shopping and dining! They are pet friendly too! The hotel was on the west end of Sedona, but conveniently located to a drug store, grocery store, and banks! They also had a delicious contenential breakfast every morning. My room had two queen beds each had four pillows and there was a flat screen TV with a breakfast bar and tons of storage. There was a patio with a table and chair and in the room - a corner fireplace! I can't wait to return to Sedona and stay at this hotel again! Super awesome experience!

Area recommendations
Being that it is Sedona, the downtown shopping district is a must. And also one of the Pink Jeep Tours. Hiking and tons of things to do, in and around town. I must admit, this was my first time in Sedona, and I only had a little more than a day to see things. I would guess that some people might enjoy the Sedona Airport Restaurant, sorry, can't remember the name of it. But I had a super breakfast there on Sunday morning and watched the planes take off and land while I was eating. Also the Teapot Restaurant on 89A is great for breakfast too. But there are lots of other restaurants in town that are nice and most of them have great views of the Red Rocks from their balconies in the back.
