“Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona”

This hotel met all of our needs. The location is very convenient to both downtown and the airport. And the view is absolutely amazing! Couldn't have been happier.

“Good experience”

I have stayed in several 3-star-hotels, and realized that they usually have small restroom, low quality toilet paper/shampoo/shower bar/etc, and not perfectly cleaned linen or carpet, compared to 4-star hotels. But, I didn't feel those problems at Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona. I would give it 3 and half star.

“Sedona = Beauty”

Hotel has a great view. Only negatives were there is no elevator, and rooms had no microwave, and our room seemed to have a problem with the air conditioning unit, it would work only sometimes. Set the thermostat for 73, but room got no cooler than 75, and woke up in the middle of the night both nights to find the room temperature at 83!! Had to open the front door to cool the room off.

Area recommendations
If you're planning on eating or doing anything on the northside of town (the touristy area), get it done before 9pm! Everything closes up early!
Family-friendly activities
The Pink Jeep Tours, the Broken Arrow course! Kids (3 and 8 years old) loved it!

“Would not rush back.”

Pool was small and not well cleaned. Pool picture was not really accurate. Staff assistance was excellent. Unfortunately, room and area surrounding room needed exterminating.

Area recommendations
Downtown area is more central to activities but location of this motel was good, very good neighborhood restaurants, etc., and not as much tourist traffic. Only a five minute ride to downtown.

“So so... Good location.”

Overall, this was a good hotel. I thought it was advertised that all rooms had a balcony. I really wanted a balcony where I could write. That said, it was a clean room in a central location for a good value for the money.

“Best Western Plus Inn - Bait and Switch”

There are two Best Westerns in Sedona. This hotel is a "motel". We dealt with car alarms, and parking lot noise constantly. The rooms are cramped. The small window by the door lets in very little light, making the room feel like a shipping container. Views? There are NO views at this hotel. I believe the pictures shown both of the rooms, and of the views from this hotel are from the OTHER Best Western in town, which is stunning. I feel rooked.
