“Great place for family”

We have 3 kids under the age of 6 and this was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The kids had their own room with twin beds with their own bathroom. Full kitchen with dishes provided. Great decor and decent location. Only downside was location in relation to any grocery stores if you want to be able to cook and eat at the townhouse. Had to drive into Sedona (~15 minutes) to find a store with any variety. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the great north of Arizona.

“Oak Creek Peace”

We were told to call a telephone number 30 minutes or so before arrival. We called and called, no answer nor a return call. We finally called Expedia and Expedia was able to get a hold of the person with the key to the condo. I think the challenge has to do with cell phone reception in Sedona. The gentleman came with the key to the condo within about 15 minutes of Expedia calling him. The condo was spacious and well stocked. We had a great time!

Area recommendations
The condo was located in Oak Creek. Oak Creek is about 10 minutes away from the main part of Sedona. If you don't mind the drive, the condo is a good choice. We were out hiking each day so we did not care where the room was located. If you want the pretty views of Sedona, I recommend staying somewhere closer to the city.
Nightlife
Sedona has limited nightlife. Go to Flagstaff if you want to party.

“So cozy”

The hotel is a small townhouse complex, but the unit we stayed in was huge. There was a cozy living room, giant kitchen, two bedrooms with a pull out couch. There was a half bath downstairs that was really convenient, as well as two bathrooms upstairs. The fixtures, floors, cabinets, countertops were really new and very nice. I would definitely stay here for a cozy getaway

Area recommendations
This area is south of Sedona, so it is much quieter. If you want to see Bell Rock or go hiking, this is the perfect place to stay. If you want a quiet trip, this is also the place to stay and is a 5 minute drive into Sedona

“Great Place to stay would rent here again.”

Great place to stay would use again when we go back to Sedona. Very clean comfortable and roomy. Loved the balconies and views. Large kitchen and living room. Bathrooms were very clean clean towels and bed linens. There was some noise from traffic early in the morning but it didn't bother any of us. Our grandaughter was able to sleep thru noise. The price was fair for what you get. We really enjoyed our stay.

What to pack
Pack for both warm and cold weather if going in the fall. If using Bell Rock Vista you can pack light beause they have washer and dryers in the townhome. You will need to buy your own detergent and frabric softner. Purex sheets with both detergent and softner in one. What you don't use you can bring home.

“Impressive.”

We highly recommend that travelers put Sedona, Arizona, on their "bucket list". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

“Ideal for families”

A great value for $. Awesome sunset views. Close to a great coffee shop and discount outlet shops. We used it for some downtime in a busy holiday schedule. The slide rock state park is close by as are some moderate hiking trails. The TV was small and the DVD player didn't work. A few larger cooking pots would be useful for families.

Area recommendations
Sedona is only 10 minutes away - the townhouse is actually in Oak Creek. The alternate highway drive through the canyon should not be missed on your way to Grand Canyon or Holbrook (petrified forest).
Dining
There is a wine shop (with wine tasting) on the main street in Sedona where you can buy Arizona wines.

“Sam”

Overall, I was very satisfied with the Bell Rock Vista Townhomes. Excellent location in terms of sightseeing, outdoor activities, restaurants, others. The townhome was very clean. I would make a recommendation to the management to change the CRT TV to HDTV. They should also place TV’s in the bedrooms.

“Quality & Price were far better than a hotel!”

The unit was about 15 minutes away from Sedona, however - it was easy to find and right off the main road through town. I thought the unit was very clean the furniture in the living areas/kitchen were nice. I was very happy to have a laundry unit in the unit for our use. The a/c worked good and so did the hot water. It was nice to wake up and cook for ourselves! The beds were a bit uncomfortable and so were the linen - that needed some improvement. It was nice to not stay in a hotel and the cost certainly was the deciding factor for this vacation! It was well worth the price!

Area recommendations
While in Sedona - don't miss Jerome, AZ - 5200 feet above sea level - well worth the drive and walk uphill through the entire town. Don't miss the haunted hotel at the top! Also, we went to Our Of Africa - an experience which I completely enjoyed as did the kids... go early to get to see all of the tours! Well worth the cost and drive! Go to Uptown Sedona to spend a day shopping... some good values if you shop hard! Red Rock Canyon and all of the biking there is amazing.. take a Pink Jeep Tour - a bit costly but worth it!
