Pleasant stay, although expensive.
Pleasant stay for a last minute booking. Friendly service, and great breakfast. Confortable room too. Quite expensive compared to same brand hotel in St Etienne.

Close to the centre of town with easy secure parking. Compact rooms but very comfortable. Great staff who were friendly and helpful . Plenty of choice at breakfast.

What a lovely hotel to stay!
Just a lovely hotel and staff. I wasn't expecting very much but was really happy with everything in the hotel. Secure parking, great bed and room, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, and easy walking distance to the centre for food and drink. The entrance to the parking can be a bit hard to find, but that was all part of the adventure!

Good for stopover
Secure parking available for 7 euros. Very close to main square with good choice of restaurants. Friendly reception. Rooms small but adequate. Good air conditioning which was great in the extreme temperatures we were experiencing.

We were looking for a hotel in Boullion, Belgium...This hotel was located 25 minutes away in France. The map is very misleading. We never made it there. We took the bus to Boullion and found out there is no taxi or transportation to our booked hotel. Sadly we never got there. We had to scamble to find a hotel in town. Bad map and this hotel should not be listed as close to Boullion Belgium.

Near main town square.
Very small room but clean although only one chair for two people which meant sitting on the bed. Television only in French, in other hotels we have been able to get English TV. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Very near town square but extremely noisy room at night which meant neither of us could sleep. Underground safe parking.

Average place to stay, but is there better?
This hotel is probably my preferred place to stay in Charleville due to proximity of work. It's an average hotel though. Lets address my three priorities: Did I get a good nights sleep? Not really, the beds are pretty firm and I woke up both mornings with back ache. How was the breakfast? It is OK, although the scrambled egg is never hot and the bacon is the streaky type. How was the shower? The shower is very good, decent flow of water and doesn't spend ages getting to heat. Extra note. The rooms are OK, but the finish is very poor. Noisy A/C. Staff speak English. Wifi was strong, although not always the case.

Close to the City Centre
Central location 5 minute walk to the city square Secure parking at 5E a day not bad Helpful staff. Didn't try the restaurant but looked good. Good centre to explore the region. Sat nav could have you going around in circles but don't worry, just go the wrong way at the junction if no one is looking. Worked for me. Loads of local bars and restaurants...but not on a Monday.....and not in their holiday season We had fun

Great Hotel, Fantastic service
Kyriad Charleville stands out from the other Kyriad hotels in Paris in terms of fantastic service. The staff are really helpful and very cooperative. The rooms are clean but the beds are not so comfortable. The breakfast is really good for 10 Euros. The wifi is very slow.

Good value for money
The booking was cheap, but the service was good, and the room was clean. Only annoying thing is they put two twin beds together when I had booked a double bedroom.

Nice hotel needs more spent on maintenance
Nice reception, nice boutique feel to room, but bathroom smelt, the skirting board was falling off, there were holes in the bathroom door where hooks used to be, then overnight and in the morning, water started pouring from 3rd floor to my room on 2nd. When I called reception she said they knew they had a problem (hence why the skirting board was falling off as this had obviously been happening a while as the water had made it rotten). She said she would call a maintenance man to sort it, but I'm not so sure. I checked out of my room with cups catching the water... Avoid room 215. She did give me breakfast free, but breakfast was basic, but for the price of the hotel in a town centre then I suppose you get what you pay for.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel within walking distance of town square with some nice little restaurants and bars. Hotel was modern and well maintained. Car park was a bit dark until we realised that the hotel has time switches for all of the lights. Tea and coffe facilities and shower romm were good and modern.

Go hotel for a short stay.
The hotel was very good, we had a good rate and the room was clean . Very new rooms with just the basics, but overall for short break this hotel is ideal.

Très mauvais insonorisation !
Personnel adorable et hôtel propre. Mais j'ai passé une sale nuit, l'hôtel est juste en face d'une route très passante et l'insonorisation est inexistante. Donc mauvaise expérience... J'étais claqué toute la journée lendemain, c'est la base de bien dormir à l'hôtel.

Séjour moyen au Kyriad de Charleville.
Hotel, en dessous de ce que j'ai déjà pu voir chez Kyriad. Accueil froid, ambiance morose. Chambre standard mais trés mal insonorisé, bruit de la rue préssant même au 3 eme étage. Sauna, dit gratuit mais en fait sur réservation et PAYANT. le site est d'ailleurs contradictoire la dessus.
