No views of the water due to location but the room was very nice and well-equipped. The Staff was excellent and the food service prompt. Do prepare to walk on some hilly streets!

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Fairly large room with nice city view. Hip bar and lounge on first floor. Reasonable price, maybe because it’s off season.

I liked that it was so close to the water and pike place market. The concierge was always so friendly and helpful. The available snacks in the room were a nice touch. The food quality was just average from room service, the pillows would flatten through the night, and there was one valet person who was not very nice. Front desk staff was hit or miss. Overall, not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Every time we stay here we never have an issue. Staff is courteous and respectful, atmosphere is nice and only about a 13 minute walk to Pike Place.

Room service was terrible. The menu options are limited, as are delivery hours. 4:00 in the afternoon and you cant order anything because the menu becomes active when dinner starts at 5:00. No snacks, no drinks, nothing. Also, nothing is available "all-day" so if you want to order something late night you can forget it. Speaking of drinks, the room service menu only has beer and wine. So, since there was no room service available in the afternoon and we wanted food and a drink, i went down to the bar/nightclub in the lobby. The server seemed irritated that i was ordering"to go", but whatever. I was irritated that i had to come downstairs for fries and a margarita. I get my bill and the margaritas are twenty plus each. I notice its with the most expensive tequila there. I asked why that was and was told that they give you the most expensive unless you request something else. Huh?? I said i wouldnt be paying that, so they rung me up with the well liquor. I got my order 20 minutes later, then went to my room only to find out theyd left out half of my order. When i called to get it sent up, i was told it would be an hour since they were backed up. Backed up during the time they arent even doing room service?? Poorly decorated rooms, shot glass sized coffee "cups", "king" beds that are actually queens. Not worth the eight hun plus per night. Ill never go here again, will tell everyone i know to never go there, and i suggest anyone reading this take the same advice.

Slept-well in Seattle
New Years Eve stay and trip to Seattle - very comfortable room - went for drinks and a great meal nearby - only complaint was no coffee maker in the room, no guest coffee in the lobby and a 30 min lineup for takeaway. On weekends and holidays no coffee shops open near the hotel so it would be good to have take away coffee in the lobby

Expedia advertises parking available. We were there before check in time, the valet lot was full and we had to drive around to find parking. Also, room service was not available when scheduled.

There was no parking available and the attendants were rude. The front desk Richard was lovely. We were offered free tickets to the Ferris wheel and when we came to get them, they said they did not have any. Arg. Then the waitress at the restaurant was horrible. Not friendly at all. Beware of Trojan horse minibar items
Hotel left out a bottle of wine and 2 glasses in the room. There was no label indicating it was part of the minibar. They charged us over $40 for a tiny bottle of wine. This is very deceptive and dishonest. When I called them I was told I should have known. This is totally sleezy and I recommend you find alternative accommodations.
