“Great place to crash for the night!”
My husband and I stayed here as part of a trip to see old friends. We got in late the first night, and it was very easy to get to the hotel. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was adequate. The gym is a little sparse, but we did plenty of walking during the day to make up for it! We really just used the hotel to sleep at, and its location was just perfect for what we were doing!

Location was good. Hotel was pretty basic. swimming pool was nice on a hot day though. My major problem was the noisey ice machine being right outside my door - If you get a room near them, ask to move, because other guests like to use it at all hours of the night!

You can see the Space Needle looming over you from the entrance to the hotel. Being a tourist, I liked that! The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel felt budget but I guess that's what you expect. By that, I mean the walls and decor didn't look quality - but it was clean. The bath looked old, but again you get what you pay for. The shower was great. The water wouldn't drain from the sink - we forgot to mention this on our way out in the morning, but on our return the hotel had already fixed it. Impressive! The heater in the room was very noisy and rattly, but became quieter after an hour or two. The room had free wifi and there were also 2 internet terminals in the reception. There was a McDonalds on the next block, which was perfect for my hangover. I thought the area was quiet and I didn't have any problem with noise. I spent the 2nd night alone and felt perfectly safe as a single female. I walked to downtown (about 30 mins), but the monorail is only a couple of blocks away. We had a twin room and I guess the price was OK for Seattle Centre.
