“Enjoyable stay”

The hotel is centrally located with Pike Place Market and the Westlake Shopping Mall a short walking distance away. With a taxi rank just outside the hotel, getting a cab was never difficult. Bellevue was approx. 20-30 min ride away and was around $45. My room was on the 30th floor with nice views over Seattle (even if not over the lake or Mountains). Checking in was quick and efficient and checking out even easier with fast check out available via video, TV or a box on reception. The room offered plenty of storage as well as a safe in the cupboard - there was also a iron and ironing board, which was handy. Unfortunately, I didn't get to check out the fitness room or the pool, but I wouldn't mind staying here again and checking it out then.

“Sheraton”

We arrived at 3pm, hoping to check in to our room (as 3pm is check in time) they had NO rooms available.... It tookk over and hour and we ended up being late to the football game I was not overly impressed with the customer service

“Beautiful Room, but....”

Loved the room and the location. But the hot water ran out about 60 seconds into my 9am shower.

“Good location for good price”

Found some hairs in the bed when I first turned down the sheet, was a little icky but everything else seemed clean and sanitary.

“Fun time in Seattle”

Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Downtown Seattle. Because their is so much to do. Pikes Market, Space Needle, Resturants and Shopping.
Getting around
We rented a car, which allowed us to tour many areas outside of Seattle.
