Owners are super friendly and nice. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit dirty and smelled kind of funny its like someone vomitted in one of the rooms we got. Tried to change the room but theysaid they were fully booked. Maybe if they change the rugs and update the rooms i think they’ll be greats. Customer service is hands down one of the greatest :)

NEVER GO HERE
THE ENTIRE NIGHT BECAME A NIGHT MARE I ARRIVED TO CHEC AND THE MAN AT THE DESK WAS BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL . TELLING ME THE ROOM HE HAD FOR ME HAD NO TV OR RUNNING WATER THIS WAS RIGHT BEFOR 12PM AND I HAD TO WORK AT 6 AM , THEN TELLS ME THERE IS ONE SUITE AVAILABLE BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO ACCOMADATE ME EVEN THOUGH THE MISTAKE WAS ALL ON HIS END , STARTED TO YELL AT ME WHEN I SAID I DIDNT UNDERSTAND HOW HE COULDNT ACCOMADATE ME WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM AND NEEDED TO GET TO SLEEP. BASICALLY TELLING ME TO ***K OFF AND HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND OF COURSE HIS MANAGER WAS ON VACATION SO HE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO TALK TO HE THEN GOT LOUD WITH MY HUSBAND AND CALLED THE COPS SAYING THAT WE REFUSED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND THAT MY HUSBAND TRIED TO ATTACK HIM (WHICH WAS NOT TRUE ) ALL THAT LEAD TO ANOTHER BAD MOMENT AND I DIDNT GET IN TO A ENTIRE DIFFERENT HOTEL TILL 10 TO 5 .. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN THE PLACE IS ALSO VERY DIRTY AND LOST OF DRUGGIES HANGIN OYUT OUT BY THE GUESTS CARS VERY UN SAFE ....I BELIEVE THE FRONT DESK MAN WAS "KIM" HE WORKED THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT ...THAT PLACE SHOULD BESHUT DO WN

The room door didn’t lock all the way. Felt unsafe Had to put a chair behind door to prevent anyone from entering. Felt unsafe overall They have refugees from a different country running around the hotel at all hours. No hot water.
