“Walking distance to Space Needle”
We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. We had a nice room with a perfect view of the space needle. We were within walking distance to the space needle, from which you can take the monorail to downtown.
“Parking is limited”
The hotel's breakfast was quite nice, the room felt very clean and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was the parking does not meet the needs of the hotel, so when we left for dinner and returned later in the evening, we ended up having to park down the street in a paid public parking lot. We were told they would reduce our parking fees, but we had to go back to the desk the next day to get it done because it wasn't done the first time we asked. My husband was frustrated enough he said he would not stay there again, and he is pretty easy going usually.
“Great Stay”
I had a nice stay with no complaints. Oh, yes, the WIFI is super slow, but it's "free" There's plenty of nice Restaurants around. Recommend "Serious Pie" If you're up to Serious Pizza. The best in Town
“Very nice and great price!”
Very clean, nice and worth staying at. Within walking distance of restaurants.
“A fine place to rest in Seattle”
I was pleased with my short stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was conveniently located close to the place where I was supposed to have my business meeting. The room had a nice view of the Space needle and was neat enough ... Nothing to complain at all other than the cost, which was a little on the higher side. The complimentary breakfast palate was fantastic ... served hot with various options ...Overall I enjoyed my stay.
“Average Stay”
The arrival was ok. It's difficult to get to because the exit off the highway makes you drive around the block to gain access to the parking lot. Not only that but the Holiday Inn Express is right behind a Holiday Inn....a bit confusing when arriving on the property. The front desk help was friendly and courteous. In fact, they were very nice and helpful....it was pleasant dealing with them. The lobby is ok, no bells and whistles but who hangs out in the lobby, right? The rooms were good too. Nothing special about the rooms but they were clean and the amenities were good. No issues with wifi or the cable television. The TV remote controls are a bit on the worn out side....i had to press very hard on the remote...not a big deal. An issue i had with the room was that the air conditioning/heater are not thermostat controlled. So the room was either too warm or too cold. My room had a good view of the Space Needle. One of the big issues i had with the hotel was that there was inadequate parking available. Few spaces out front and in the parking garage, there isn't enough space. I had to park across the street in a pay parking lot that didn't look very safe. Other than that, the hotel is located close to downtown. In fact, I walked to many places....so that was good. While the hotel isn't awesome, it isn't bad either. It's right in the middle when it comes to hotels. For what i paid, It was good.
“Very nice hotel very close to space needle”
Very nice hotel. Parking could be better you pay $10.00 a night and some nights it still was tough to find a parking space. Walking distance to the spaceneedle not to many restraunt within walking distance But I would stay here again
“Great choice”
Great place to stay in downtown Seattle. Four blocks to Space Needle and Monorail which wisks you further downtown to the shopping district. Secure parking under the hotel, just parked the car and walked to everything. Pool was warm so kids were happy. Excellent complimentary breakfast with alot of choices. We are easy to please and the Holiday Inn Express met all our needs. Thanks.
“Everything you need”
I was very pleased by the Holiday Inn Express near the Seattle Center. It is obvious they cater to people who travel a lot and don't want to mess around. Everything we needed was there. Everything was taken care of. Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. Check out was a breeze. It may not have been super fancy, but every need was solidly taken care of. We even had a nice view of the Space Needle.
