Hotel was decent. Paid $49 for parking. Requested a microwave. They did not have one for my toddler. It was super noisy due to traffic outside and someone playing their loud music inside.

The coffee was AWFUL. Undrinkable. City known for coffee and a “nice” hotel. Also unimpressed with coffee mate, style cream. Unacceptable.

Property was adequate; there was a lot of outside noise infiltration but the bed was comfortable. Check out time is 12, but front desk called at 10 to ask about my check out time, and I couldn’t use my room key in the elevator to get back to my room at 10 am. after my morning appointment. Overnight parking was not included and was an additional expense.

The wait staff onsite was wonderful. All the staff were pleasant and nice to interact with. Good location to be able to walk places. They do need to have a few things fixed...the fan in bathroom wasn't working, the blow dryer was coming apart, not sure if I should use it, the bathroom door handle needed to be tightened, but overall the only thing lacking was a microwave in the room.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the thoughtful comments, both positive and negative and have passed them on to the staff for follow up. Regarding the bathroom fan, we do not have individual fans. All of the bathroom vents are connected, and the fan is actually on the roof. While this works, it is a different system than people are used to, so it appears there is not fan. Engineering will check this and the other items you mentioned just to make sure there is not a problem. Also, in case you visit again, I wanted you to know that we do have microwaves available upon request and we are happy to deliver one to your room.

Quiet. Friendly staff. Bathroom in my room 1905 could of been cleaned a little better. Tile in the shower the grout needs to be scrubbed better you can see stains in them. Found a pill underneath the sink area threw it away .Good thing I found it and not a kid. Obviously not much sweeping underneath there. Other than that good place to stay.

Pros: 1) restaurant was good for breakfast, 2) location was convenient, 3) room was comfortable, water pressure good. Cons: 1) heavily pressured at check-in to join rewards club; employee was being very deceptive/lying by saying I had to join to get free wifi which was blatantly false since it came free with the room-just be truthful, 2) hotel has zero parking for guests so have to use public parking garage ($49+tax/day) which fortunately had space for us; hated risk of showing up with luggage on vacation with it raining heavily then praying I could find a place to park. Hotels should have their own parking for guests thank-you very much.

Thank you for your feedback. Thoughtful comments like yours do help us know what we can do to be better. I want to apologize that you felt pressured to join rewards. To clarify, we do have free basic wifi for every guest, but our honors guests get high speed wifi access. Regarding parking, the price is 49/ night including tax, which is a very good rate in our area, although we realize it is a lot. We do not own the garage or control pricing, however, we do have an agreement with them that guarantees space for our guests, so do not worry about that issue in the future.

$49.00 a day to park in that way too small garage with the way too small ramps and the non-working elevator was a joke!

Thank you for your feedback. We do not own or operate the garage, but I understand it is expensive. That is just the market rate in downtown Seattle. We are sorry about the elevator as well. We have problems occasionally and get them repaired immediately, but sometimes it takes a few days for parts, etc. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. We hope you visit again.
