I would recommend

Posted 31-Jul-2015
Everything was great ! The room is a bit small and room is older but I was very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for my trip. Close to shopping, Pike's Market, a bit of walk to Baseball Stadium but was fine. Staff were very helpful. The only negative was the shower head was very slow that's all I would have to say. I would recommend from my experience :)

Sink did not work

Posted 30-Jul-2015
Pros: close to things in the city.
Cons: make sure the sinks work before you check someone into a room. How was it cleaned if the sink did not work?
The sink never worked in my room. Must carry luggage down and up stairs to reach the elevator. Everything else was okay.

Centrally Located

Posted 28-Jul-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Knowledge of staff about local area and services.
Location: Right in the center of everything. Equal distance to the tourist area around the Space Needle and to the stadiums for sporting events. Pike Place and
Good centrally located location. Equal access to downtown tourist destination as well as the stadiums for sporting events. Staff could have been more knowledgeable about the local area and services. Only two blocks away from the light rail train which runs to and from the airport. 25 minute ride for $3. Mattresses could use replacing. I wouls stay here again however.

Hotel is OK. nicely located in downtown Seattle.

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Pros: Location
Location: Downtown - you can everything by foot.
We first got a room (#301) exposed to the inner courtyard with a view to the car parking building. Very dark- no day light through the small window. Next morning we complained and got a better room (#209) viewing the street. It was bright and nice and we were satified. The room and the bathroom is quite small but the lacation of the hotel is perfect to explore the City by foot.

I thought it was closer to the space needle

Posted 23-Jul-2015
Pros: staff
Cons: get a better rug cleaning tool and fix the door latch. I know the room can't be enlarged.
Small( almost tiny) room, with litle place to put luggage. Carpet was filthy and the door to the bathroom would not latch. Valet and front desk staff were more than Great ! My thanks to Ryan the valet for his help. We were seperated from our Garman GPS unit which I mistakenly left in the room for 4 hr. while at Chihuly. I will not say what happened to it as nothing can be proved. We left it in the room and when we returned it was GONE.

close (two blocks) from lite rail train downtown.

Pros: Convenient to downtown and monorail. Excellent staff. Two restaurants.
Cons: ONLY negative was the stairs. You have to go up or down with luggage in order to get to an elevator.
Location: You can either walk or talk train or bus to anything in the city.
Staff excellent--very courteous and helpful. Wine "mixer" each evening where you could meet and greet other guests. So nice to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world. Met soccer fans from England on the first night and had a great visit with them ( Manchester United won!!) and took our pics with them. Met a lovely elderly couple from Toronto and visited. Met family from Austria the last day. Was perfect location for doing activities downtown...where all the action is. Staff was able to tell us where all things were, as well as being very accommodating. Tall, black gentleman (can't remember his name) very helpful with our bags on day of arrival and day of departure (also very "buff" and very strong), as well as very nice. Ryan, on other days, very helpful to warm flax heating pad for Benita's back after we'd been walking all day, in your microwave, Staff behind front desk, in Vovito, and housekeepers wonderful and friendly at all times. Room always cleaned very well.

Pros: Convenient, easy access to downtown Seattle. Staff was nice.
Location: downtown Seattle ... most everything was within walking distance.
I had no idea a room could be soooo small! And for the price, I really expected much more. Even the hallways were small, but the hotel is older as well.
