Great location

Posted 23-Dec-2014
The hotel has a awesome location downtown with plenty of things to do. Right across the street from the library, walking distance to pikes place, the monorail, the skywheel, and many more attractions. room was clean, and the staff was friendly. only drawback is that the rooms are very small with little space. Perfect for an individual or two just looking for a nicely located hotel to spend most of their time exploring the city

Nice hotel and centrally located.

Posted 22-Dec-2014
Pros: The hotel is located in a prime spot. You can walk all around town to see the sights. It was nice taking the Towncar to the airport.
Cons: The air circulation can be improved. The hotel provided a small fan for us as well as prying the window open for better air quality.
Location: The Century Link Stadium and the Space Needle are less than a mile away. Shopping and a variety of dining options are available.
We arrived on a Saturday night from San Jose for The Seahawk vs. Niner game on Sunday. The woman at the desk was friendly and informative. It was difficult to find our room because it was missing the room number label. The room was warm and stuffy. The window wouldn't open and no AC. By the next night it was taken care of. The room was very small, but cozy. The bathroom was tiny. Although a little cramped, we were comfortable. The bed was comfy. The adjoining restaurant/ sports bar has nice beer and a good menu selection. The location was the best asset of our stay here. We walked to the Century Link Stadium with a variety of restaurants to choose from for breakfast along the way. Pike Street market is nearby with nice restaurants there too. The Space Needle was a short trek too. It was a good stay, great food, a beautiful city and the Seahawks won! Go Hawks!

Pros: location, comfort, web access and speedy assistance.
Cons: I made maintenance aware early on that the radio in my room did not work and did not receive a replacement...another should be put in the room.
Location: Great
The experince was my first but was a good one.The hotel is in a convenient location and walking distance to most of the areas I wanted to see.

Room was uncomfortably small. No storage space anywhere. Pretty old and dilapidated rooms

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Better security. Are staff bonded?
Loss of my wife's wallet when we moved from Room 720 to Room 719 on arrival.

I would not recommend this hotel. Front Desk employee did not look like he wanted to work there. My keys did not work and came back twice. I was not impressed with the room; it did not look like the picture. Bathroom was SUPERANTISPYWARE tiny, as well as the shower that doesn't have a door. Floor was wet after I got done. Toilet was merry (gross!) I never received a receipt for my room. WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. I was more impressed with Best Western!

Cozy and Convenient

Posted 15-Dec-2014
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Room temperature control.
Location: Within walking distance to everything we did. Pike Place, Westlake Center and Century Link Field.
This is our second time staying here. For the price, it's not bad since unless you're spending a lot of time in your room and you don't like small places. Has all the necessary amenities; Bed, shower and TV. Only issue I had with the room was there is no temperature control. The heater ran non stop even with the controls in the OFF position. Had to open the window which made the room nosier than we wanted. Wouldn't stay here for more than a couple nights.

Hot, smelly hotel

Posted 11-Dec-2014
The hotel location is great and I wasn't expecting 5 star luxury for the price I paid. However, I did expect a decent level of cleanliness. The first thing I noticed was how hot and musty smelling the room was, then I noticed the pubic hair clinging to one of the bathroom towels, the worst was the yellow stain on the bed sheet and one of the pillows. There was also a feint smell of vomit around one of the bed heads. If we had been staying for longer, I'd have asked for a room change but I doubt any of the rooms would have been particularly clean!
