“Pink mold/mildew on shower curtain, blanket with holes, 2 hours to get more towels”

There's pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain -- gross! The extra blanket set aside for the sleeper sofa was sooooo worn out it had holes in it! I asked for more towels by calling, but the towels didn't come. So I went downstairs to the front desk and asked. I was told they'll have them send some. Still didn't get the towels. I called again. After two hours, I finally got them. I wrote the hotel to tell them of my experience. They did not even reply back to apologize!!!

“LOVED IT!!!!!”

This hotel was Lovely! the rooms were clean and the hotel itself was beautiful. Lots of foliage, waterfalls and streams runing through it. The pool was great as it was closed off at 10 for anyone under 18, and stayed open until 12:00 for over 18. Also there was a managers special in the evening where drinks and light snacks were paid free and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Very good bank for your buck!

“Love Embassy Suites!”

Our stay was wonderful, as we expected it would be. We love the made to order breakfast in the mornings and the Manager's reception in the evenings. I can't think of anything to complain about...it was great!

Area recommendations

We shopped in Fremont and Ballard. I love Theo Chocolate because they make it all from scratch and organic of course.

Getting around

Renting a car is the best way for us so our family in Seattle doesn't have to get out and drive except to come see us at the Hotel or we pick them up...a good navigational system is a must because the freeways and roads in Seattle are quite confusing and we get lost easily.

“Good for business”

Very close to Seattle downtown, and fairly close to Mount Rainier if you have a day for a scenic tour. Great breakfast and nice amenities, gym very good.
