“Not impressed”
Expensive and out of the way. Dodgy neighborhood
“I would stay again.”
Everything was fine, except I was surprised at the additional $20 fee for parking. Street parking was an option, but its a crime ridden neighborhood.
“On a beautiful lake”
The hotel was good. The only problem we encountered was the parking garage was very tight resulting in our rental scraping a concrete pole that pole (these were everywhere in the garage ad unavoidable) and there was major road construction (not the fault of the hotel) at the entrance sausing mass confusion.
“Street Noise a problem”
Many of the rooms face busy street and noise was a problem, especially the road construction that started at 7am.
“Nothing special”
Just my complaints: 1. Parking fee is expensive. 2. Restaurant AND bar close at 10pm! What? Wow.
“"Good pick, Mom!"”
What a great location! As requested, our rooms had views of Lake Union--picturesque with its sailboats. We enjoyed being within walking distance of great restaurants, the Space Needle, a park, and having easy access to the Trolley. Paying for parking was a negative, but our accomdations (the pool, the hot tub, the comfortable beds, sizeable rooms, and the great cookies) made the stay positive. We'd stay here again.
“"Not Impressed"”
I will not go back until the construction is done. That was a major inconvenience and I wish I knew about it before I made my reservation. Surprisingly I had to put a $20 hold on my account when I checked in. I was very surprised about that and wondered why I wasnt told about this before I got to the front desk. The one thing I will say is I really liked the customer service and courtesy of the night clerk named Rocky. He was a nice guy and probably the first person that made me feel welcome.
“I'll never use the mariot again”

“Good solid hotel”
Good hotel, nice location across from the water
“average downtown hotel”
I would stay here again but my Boss was very frustrated with the technology set-up and problems.
