The bar was supposed to be open, I asked, had friends joining us after we went out for dinner and the bar was closed, again. Frustrating!

I liked the location. Easy on and off 405. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had good variety. Room and bathroom very clean and neat.

Nice big place, but not well maintained or remodeled. Shabby finishes. Room was not clean. Heater in bathroom did not work. Water did not get hot. AC/Heat t-stat did not work and fan was extremely loud. Beds were good. Staff was extremely nice and good.

Great property. Clean, spacious and very friendly staff. The breakfast included was a nice surprise as it included some hot food options (sausage, eggs, potato hash). Overall would be happy to stay here again. Thanks!

My stay was great. One of the better Country Inns I've stayed at... clean quiet breakfast typical with many options. Would stay again at this location. Bed comfortable. Average priced. Charging for parking is ridiculous in the Bothell area. It would be nice to have a heavier comforter on the bed.

This property is easily accessible off the freeway. It also has a Chevron gas station next to the hotel so that is also convenient. Check in was quick and painless. They charge $11 a day for parking which is not noted on the Expedia site when booking. The room that I stayed in (Room 266) had a toilet that was VERY low to the ground. The bathroom needs a refresh. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was firm. The pillows could also do with replacement as they were super soft. I did not partake in the breakfast that was included though so I cannot comment on that. All in all, the experience was satisfactory and I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious. We traveled in winter so we did not use the pool or outdoor patio but it looks very nice and well kept. Price is reasonable for the area. There are two driveways leading to the hotel entrance and the property is located right next to a gas station, so the traffic can be a little confusing at first.

We have used this facility for a number of years to house folks for our annual Directors and Instructors Seminar. After a 4-year hiatus because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was like returning home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they didn't mind when members of our group used the lounge and side entrance lobby to practice our routines. We did have multiple issues with the swipe keys, but I understand that is changing. Very much appreciated all the new USB and power outlets. Looking forward to my next stay at the Bothell CI&S.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The blankets were like sleeping with a cores towel. The bathroom sink was clogged which made washing hands or brushing our teeth fun. They charged $75 each night for a damage fee plus parking fee. We have never paid that amount at any of the places we have stayed and it's not like they were lacking parking had valet or security patrolling the location for the $20. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We wont be staying here again.
