“Good Deal For The Money”

The Best Western Airport Executel was a nice hotel for the money. The rooms were comfortable and clean with one exception, we had to get the bed sheets changed when we arrived as there were hairs on them and it looked like it was slept in and just remade. This was taken care of within about 5minutes of our call to the front desk. The staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and accommodating, they were very helpful with any questions we had and seemed eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The free continental breakfast was very good with waffle makers, hardboiled eggs, and sausage along with the usual fruits, breads, and cereals you would find at most continental breakfasts. The area of the city was convenient for getting around although a little far from downtown. Not a bad commute on the light rail. The neighborhood was so-so. All in all we were pleased with everything and would return there.

Area recommendations

I would recommend the downtown area if it fits your budget. The only problem with it is that most hotels charge a $40 valet parking fee per day. You don't need a car if you are staying in the downtown area but I understand that you can rent a car right at your hotel if you want to go to other areas or hit the outlet mall about 30-40 mins north of the city or to go to other attractions. If you are planning on visiting some of the attractions like the Museum of Flight it is cheaper if you get there yourself and pay admission rather than using the tour companies.

“Amazing Customer Service”

The entire staff made my stay worthwhile. It's a quick ride from the airport and the shuttle operates 24 hours...even if your're on an odd hour you can give them a quick call and they will come for you. The hotel is older, but great for an overnight stay or longer. They have a gym room and a pool for use as well. Though my room was average the customer service made all the difference. That sounds cliche but it's true; They will bend over backwards to serve you if they can.

“Excellent one night stay”

We stayed overnight prior to flying the next day. We used the pool and jacuzzi in the evening, and ate a great hearty breakfast the following morning. As a place to stay before or after a flight we would recommend it. It was clean, service was friendly, room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate and overall it was very good value for the price.

“great service”

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western using their ping pong table and spa. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in our travels to and from the stadium for a football game. Our team didn't win but we still had a great stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Murray C”

We used the Executel for a short overnight to catch an early morning flight. They provided shuttle service both ways, and a free braekfast. The front desk called us 5 minutes before our shuttle left to make sure we did not miss it, which was very good service.

“Noisy and tired”

This is an old, tired hotel. Very noisy with planes flying overhead and engine sound can be heard all night. Do not go there.

“thanksgiving visit”

nice motel, if i could improve one thing, it would be to expedite the courtesy shuttle service. we waited for 25 minutes in the cold for the van to show up.
