A place to stay. Friendly helpful staff Had sugar ants in the bathroom and the main room floor was sticky. Damaged lamp and water pressure was weak. fan was super noisy. Only one towel was waiting for us.

I was expecting much worse from the reviews. Cheap room, friendly and easy check in, decent sized room. Bed was noisy and on wheels which made it able to move. Didnt enjoy that. No noise disturbances, no parking issues.

The overhead lights didn't work, the bedding had big burn holes in it, the TV didn't work, and I found an UNCAPPED HYPODERMIC NEEDLE IN THE BATH TOWELS. Couldn't take staying there the last night, absolutely terrible.

There was black hair in bath tub and sink. Mildew in toilet .this room was not cleaned prior to us and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for a least a month due to the mildew. I have photos

Room in general was OK for a non-smoking room there was Burns on the tub. The carpet in the hallways or worn out and dirty are you park your vehicles broken down cars in stalls

We ended up refusing to stay in that hotel. The hotel is extremely dirty!. The lobby hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The hotel room looked to have been just used there was hair between the sheets. Floor hadnt been vacuumed. I want a refund!!

Part of our reservation didnt show on their end but they were quick to accommodate and make it work. Nice clean rooms. Squeaky beds but not a big deal. 2 beds means 2 rooms and a kitchen and that was nice.

The building was unsafe, there was open drug use and prostitution. My room was worse than a flea hotel in Mexico . I asked for a different room which was worse than the first room . I left and will try to get my money back . Unsafe/harassed in hallway as well .

Not recommended
Stayed 2 nights during a hockey tournament as it was close to the rink. NOT a good part of town, had a phone stolen the day we left. There were signs up about only being able to stay for a week but people were clearly living at the hotel. Not well maintained, no digital records, they initially gave us an occupied room (keys and everything, when I went back to tell them it was occupied they argued with me). Walls are thin and people outside were very loud and argumentative at all hours. Did have A/C which worked well, room floors had been updated but curtains had holes in them, bed coverings appeared clean but blankets were old and very worn. Signs said no smoking but blankets had cigarette burns and the hotel smelled like stale smoke. If you like to live on the edge, give this place a try, but if you want a nice quiet stay with no drama, recommend something in a different part of town.

Basic low cost place. mark
Basic no frills low cost place to stay. Everything worked fine tv internet and it was quiet. The old guy at the desk a great good guy that was very helpful. I would stay there again but that said the towels thin and not much luxury. Lots of hot water and a great shower.

Staff is friendly and polite. Trying to pay is a rollercoaster, The price changes daily yet the 11 channels on the TV don't. Overall it's a nice place to be in from the cold but far from a high class Hotel

The property smelled when I walked in the door. The staff working the counter appeared bothered by having to check me in. People appear to live at this location. Someone had a grocery store cart in the hallway. There was lots of noise at all times of day and night. I was awaken at 530a one morning by loud talking and knocking in the hallway. I opted to shower and leave. After showing my 1st morning i realized i was only given hand towels so i had to try to dry off with them and go to the desk to request body towels.

The property is very old and dated. It didn't feel clean at all and smelled musty. It was alright for 1 night but was very disappointing as I've stayed at other American Best Value Inns and they were much better than this one.

The staff offered an upgrade to a suite for the same price. The room was nice, however there was no coffee machine or coffee for the morning. They offered wi-fi but said iPhones had trouble. BS. Other than that it was a great hotel. I’d stay again. Just bring instant coffee.

The property is not clean. They are junk cars on the parking lot and many supermarket carts with garbages in them. The hallway carpet does not smell good.
