“Fine hotel, strange location”

The first thing you notice abut this hotel is that is on top of a mountain behind a commercial building. There is a large sign by the highway, but the hotel is not easily visible. Once you drive up the steep entrance road, you find a modern clean property. However, there is nothing within walking distance, so you must drive to reasturants and other attractions. The surrounding area is very commercial and busy, not attractive at all.

I asked for a king bed and received a queen, not happy with that. The employees were very nice and helpful, but would have liked to see them honor my bed preference

“Very Nice, but confusing to get to”

The hotel itself was great...clean, modern, extra friendly staff. Nice touch to have computers and a printer available for guest use at all times in the lobby. Same with coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. Only problem was accessing the hotel itself. The driveway off the main road is easy to miss, and the actual hotel is BEHIND an office building, so it's kind of confusing. But the stay was fine regardless. Would recommend to anyone needing accommodations in that area.

I was in town to play a few shows at Mohegan Sun, and decided to independently book this hotel. The rooms are small-ish, but are nicely appointed and very comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would most certainly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice clean hotel close to everything Wilkes Barre has to offer. It has many amenities and a great view.

“All expectations surpassed”

This hotel is off the highway a bit,.. but that is an advantage for there isn't any traffic noise and it's situated on a hill, with fantastic views of the Wyoming Valley out of the windows of the rooms on the front side of the building. Rpooms are spotless, the staff is fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast is not only satisfying, but tasty as well !!! Rooms have fridge, microwave, coffee pot w/ comlimentary coofee and tea, and also ironing board and iron, so they've covered all the basis. Every request was met with cheerfulness and all were super friendly, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. Would definately stay here again, and again...

“What we expected, and then some!”

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff, clean rooms and close to many restaurants. Our room had everything we expected plus a mini 'fridge and microwave (which we didn't ask for). One minor thing was the mattress; it was a bit hard but still comfortable. I loved the hotel staff! Friendly and very helpful! We got lost on the way there (GPS issue) and the front desk person stayed on the phone with us until we saw the hotel! Who does that?? The free breakfast was good too - had everything! Will stay there again.
