Well maintained Hotel, staff were very helpful room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only down side was indoor pool was ice cold i had booked this hotel specifically so my kids could seim on spring break.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Beds were not very comfortable for us. They were way to soft. Front desk wouldn’t add my honors number to reservation because “ I booked online and should t receive credit for the stay”.

The properties clean. What I did not like is they do not offer pay-per-view movies and when I tried to hook a fire stick to the TV so that we could watch without commercials their system is not compatible with any of the Roku, Google or fire sticks. We've stayed there twice and it's been an issue both times.

I appreciated the good clean room with all of the grab bars that were in the shower and around the toilet for our handicap accessible room. Peter was very kind and helping us obtain a shower chair as well.

There was construction beyond the hotel and it looks out over a back parking lot of another hotel. Location is right at the interstate which may be good for some people, but not what we were expecting.

great location only 15min from DeSoto Falls. booked on Expedia and got a good deal. the hotel, room, pool dining area super clean. the breakfast food options were good, just wished they had a bit more options. the customer service was fantastic! everyone we interacted with was so nice. Vicki who works front desk at night was such a delight 😊. she is so kind and genuine and had so much knowledge about the area and made our stay so pleasant. we look forward to coming back and seeing her again. she even put together a great information board to showcase activities to do in the area. she was way more helpful and informative than Google.
